This hotel can be defined as a little upgraded version of any "dharmshala"
Where u will b charged like as u r in 4/5 star property but once u see the service and overall maintenance of the basic amenities here, u really regret as I'm now while writing this review....
Coming to our experience we booked two rooms here approx 10k each for two days so a total of approx 40k in just two days stay, I'm sure everyone reading this review will agree that's a huge amount and we deserved good overall experience here but ...
40k vs what we got ...
Frequent power cuts with all blackouts really shocking isn't ?? But yes it's true
Damaged furniture and poor quality of maintenance is obvious every corner for example bedside night lamps one corner is absent and managed by black tapes, intercom set nowhere and it's wire dangling there only.
At sharp 11 pm the ac of the entire floor is shut down now it's ur headache to sleep without ac and the support team has no answer ...
Cherry on top door lock damaged trapped family inside and no one is able to open and finally after a lot of struggle they manage to take u out and all this happening at around 12 midnight when u were most tired and booked this super costly Dharmashala for ur peace of mind but.......
This hotel is enjoying its high demand just because perhaps it is only in this area that seems good at least in pics and paper.
Not at all...
Read moreI was planning to visit Ujjain for few days along with my family. So i started to look for hotels online and after going through the reviews of many on google i decided to book Abika Elite. I called their number and I booked 3 rooms for 4 nights(checkin date 4th June 2023 checkout date 8th june 2023) and i paid around Rs60,000 just for the rooms and separately for the food however breakfast was included in the room tariff. They charged me Rs 5000 per room per night on double occupancy basis. When i first visited the hotel it was already late and we all were tired so really didn’t paid attention to the condition however i request at the reception to change the room because on 4th of june their hotel was fully occupied. But i am posting this review after staying 4 nights at the hotel. Hygiene level of this hotel is Zero(nill). I’ve attached the pic for the reference. Their housekeeping department wasn’t doing the job properly. Very limited option for breakfast. I mean we just went 1 day to have breakfast and i was very disappointed. The only thing we liked was the food at their restaurant. They have elaborated menu for alacarte and taste was also good. I am rating them 2 star for their restaurant. Rest they really need to maintain hygiene standards if they are charging so much...
Read moreWe recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations.
Food & Cleanliness: The food quality needs serious improvement. We even found a dish cleaner particle in one of the dishes, which was quite concerning. Guests should be careful and check the food before eating. Also, the hygiene at the in-house Lotus Restaurant could be better — the seat cushions and table covers were noticeably unclean, which made dining uncomfortable.
Rooms: The rooms are spacious, which is a positive, but they are not well maintained and require some repairs.
Location: The hotel is located around 2.5 km from the Mahakal temple and around 3 km from Ram Ghat. Battery rickshaws are available and usually charge about ₹100, so commuting is manageable.
Service & Staff: We had a disappointing experience with the front desk. We booked a cab through them for an early morning trip to Omkareshwar temple. The booking was confirmed, but at the last minute, we were told the cab wasn’t available. It completely messed up our travel plan. For travel needs, I would recommend checking with local tour operators near the bus stand instead, as they seem more reliable. The behaviour of the staff is good just that they aren't...
