Hotel KGC Celebrations — Hotel in Ujjain

I have stayed at KGC for 1 Night from 23.11 to 24.11.||I believe this hotel has just started operations few months back only.||The Restaurant was not operational during our stay as the Hotel was recently started as informed from Reception Desk.||They informed us that the Complimentary breakfast would be served in the Bedroom itself.||When we ordered Breakfast(Complimentary) we where been informed the availability of limited items for breakfast. This was arranged from outside Restaurant/Cafe.||At the time of Check-Out we where asked to pay additional charges for the Complimentary Breakfast as the Breakfast was only allowed upto INR 250/- above that it would be chargeable.||We where not informed this during the time of Check-In and nor at the Time of Booking.||I travel a lot but have never seen that the complimentary breakfast is chargeable(above certain amount).||The person at Front Desk in the morning shift did not knew that he is into hospitality business and was talking in such a way that he was obliging us by waiving of the Breakfast charges.||The most funny thing was when i got a call from Front Desk at around 10 PM for asking me to pay the advance as the Manager on duty was available at that time and can only process the card payment in his presence.||I would surely not suggest or...

Love the hotel and it's service

It was the first time we were visiting ujjain , our experience at the hotel was beyond amazing . It's ambience , facilities like - prompt room service , wifi . All the requirements of a good hotel were satisfied from Cleanliness to it's staff being cooperative and polite all around the clock . The rooms were spacious with all the possible electronics ( tv, fridge cordless kettle ) . Coming to say about the location - perfect location where it's at equal distance from the city ( area of temples ) to that of the indore - ujjain high way .
