Capital O 26727 Darshan Inn — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Experience was so bad, like after the 1st visit i won't prefer anyone to book this hotel, for anything like birthday party, dinner , lunch , staying, aniversary, wedding, engagement nothing. 👎 The taste of food very bad .... The management is very poor. I can say if you have no option left then for only sleep you can visit. The handler of that hotel i don't know weather manager or not but he is very arrogant, rude, agressive and don't know how to talk to customer. For the spare key as well they ask customer to stay for atleast 30min to 45min... If we talk to higher authority then they say it's your fault that you lost the key so you have to keep patience, we were talking politely then also they were rude. We went for engagement and there were shortage of food, also the food was not hot, and for bringing salads they were not doing good. I guess I won't prefer anyone, but yeah may be that was my bad day.... May be others were having the other view but it was my experience and my point of view after watching the over-all management of the hotel...

All were good and best. Very humble owner Mr Gupta so his manager Mr Pintu as well as waiter Umesh in fact all staff were good. Satisfied with the prompt service and cleanliness. Good location.

But they need to include more options in Breakfast and shud reduce the ratelist of menu.

It was my good luck that I found this as I was tensed when I reached another hotel Sonam' Inn suggested by OYO, shabby and it was a hostel, semi constructed hotel. And room shown in pics was nowhere in whole Allahabad. And as usual customer care was no where to help. Infact my uber driver told me that few days back he pick a customer from same hotel to another hotel, misbehaved by hotel staff.
