The employee namely awdhesh yadav acted very rudely.Due to diwali festival we reached around 22.45 and he said he will not allow to sit inside the restaurant even for a minute.We were 5 couple and we requested to adjust for some extra 10 min as it was getting cold outside and we were in search of a good coffee.He said that only take away is allowed Nd even if ladies can stand outside roadside but their safety doesn't matter . Ultimately we 5 couple have to stand outside CCD for half hour.The surprising part was for the time we stood outside the restaurant was opened and was being cleaned.We requested for some accomodation at the corner side but he refused. This kind of non adjusting attitude of the employees of CCD who cannot Adjust with the customers even for 10 min not acceptable and unwarranted. Despite paying for 9 cappuccino the safety of the female counterparts was under question. The employee namely awdhesh yadav was extremely rude,and was ready for a hot discussion and might even ready for physical fight as his body language reflected the same. Ultimately we had to skip the hot discussion as we did nt want to ruin our festive moods.

I urge that such employees may be given show cause as who gave them authority to talk the customers in such manner and if required they may be terminated ruining the image of the...

Useless place. Their power cut issues are too much frequent and the coffees are not made properly. The staff thinks they are doing us the customers a favour by making coffees. They put too much ice in their frappes and cold coffees as if they want us to drink ice and nothing else. Plus the staff is so illiterate they keep peeping around me whenever I visit. They just act like jerks who think they are smarter.

Third, the bread is overrated. Only the chips and the hot coffee they make is really good. Otherwise, they are so arrogant they only care about cashing out money and not giving good service...
