Awesome stay experience at Hashtag Travellers, Ayodhya. We travelled with family and stayed for a day at Hashtag. We were delighted with the comfortable 6-bedded AC Dormitory room with attached western toilet, 3x vertical double beds, each equipped with comfortable mattresses, clean bedding and attached electrical plugs for charging, reading lamp and a powerful mini fan. The common area of the property has a nice large and open seating area with a mini kitchen just opposite well equipped to cater for all sorts of quick bites and daily essentials like tea / coffee, snacks etc. There was a dedicated care Taker available 24x7 for providing the pantry services. The property owner Ritu ji was kind enough to provide all assistance and guidance over phone. The property is located on 2nd floor in a residential Colony with a Kirana shop, 2 cafes and a hospital in immediate vicinity. Well connected with e-rickshaws to Shri Ram Mandir (about 4kms) and also not very far from Railway station (about 4kms) and airport (about 7kms). Overall a very pleasant experience, smooth check-in/out experience, comfortable and memorable stay. Ideal for solo Travellers or youth travelling in groups and even for people travelling in family groups with elders, the property offers a budget friendly experience to all. Highly n Strongly recommended for your next trip...
Read moreIt's one of the worst Hostels I have ever stayed in !! Booked 2 Nights and left after the 1st night itself. Cleanliness wise zero. They are not even changing linens after someone checks out. The worst of all things is, they have a water dispenser which simply dispenses out the unpurified tap water. No one knows even a little bit of English. The Host person is kind but they have a kid over there. The way the kid talks to the guests, you just feel like snapping his neck & throwing him out of the balcony. 1st thing in the morning he goes to all the guests, wakes them up and shouts at them asking are you not checking out day. Please do get rid of that rat before some other guest does. The place is also 4 kms aways from temple and junction. They don't have any contacts for transportation and it's literal luck if you find any means. And the people of Ayodhya, The worst bunch ever. All the autowalas just try to loot as much money as possible out of you. I have been to lot of hostels & places around India and I have never seen such a...
Read moreHad a wonderful stay at Hashtag Travellers Hostel in Ayodhya! The place has a great vibe, and the service was really good. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was comfortable. The common areas were well-maintained, making it a great place to relax and meet fellow travelers.
The only downside was the food menu. While they had a menu listing multiple options, most items were unavailable, and only Maggi, coffee, and tea were actually served. It would have been great if more food options were available as mentioned.
That being said, the overall experience was fantastic—perfect for budget travelers looking for a cozy and well-located stay in Ayodhya. Would definitely recommend it, but be prepared to explore local...
