Hotel APS PALACE — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Both my wife and I stayed in this cosy small hotel in Varanasi for two days. Reached on 27/11/24 and left on 29 th November. The rooms although small were very comfortable and clean with fan and AC working properly. The bathroom was also nice and clean. We were provided with a coffee tea maker with limitless supply of milk packets and tea bags. The staff was very cooperative. They looked after all our comforts. They have a dining room where we took breakfast and dinner. Food very tasty. Moreover it is a pocket friendly hotel with a basement which can be used for small little functions and a lift too for people like us with joint problems with problems in climbing stairs. No need to bring your own vehicle. Rohit,the Manager can arrange a sightseeing tour and outstation tours too.|My special thanks to Rohit and Mohit who took extra care of us and even tolerated the misbehavior of the driver who took us from Prayagraj...

Staff is professional. ||2. Manager's behavior is friendly. ||3. Room was good. ||4. Clean. ||5. Food is good. Need to increase the quantity. Quality is up to the mark. ||6. Once you order your food it takes around 30 minutes to serve you at your room which is great. But once I got a delay of 1hr for just 2 fresh soda. But it was peak time so you can let it go. Otherwise I was happy with the service. ||7. Room charges are high. Might be due to the season. ||||All in all it was a good stay at Hotel APS. Can't think of anything to blame them. Would recommend others to stay. ||||Can't provide any image since I never took one. But can assure one will not regret...

It is requested to MDof this hotel please look into the food quality there is no much option of food, suppose if person stays more than 2-3 days he may feel bored in absence of variety of food. In absence of varieties in food how can u paste that "out side food not allowed ". For corporate guys the hotels is not worthy. No tandoor item available, no south Indian.

I hope this feedback brought some improvement hopefully.

Later I will suggest more points. I thought the Hotel PrimeLand owner gives attention in his Old Hotel but surprisingly he is not paying any such attention I won't know what was the problem but there is some problem...
