This hotel is more like a PG hostel for bachelors. Extremely compact rooms with no ventelation or exhaust. AC not working, Gyser not working, TV not working,even flush not working- are frequent issues one may encounter here. Lift stops working every now and then. If you have small kids or Senior citizens with you, then its a super issue because lift doesnt work after 6-7 PM. When asked about the reason, low voltage issue is stated, but as a Customer, you need solution n not just reasons, and solution is not available. Not just these, even basic activities like daily room cleaning and bedsheet replacement doesnt take place. The video that I have shared, is of a centre table, where spiders have made a hefty web and are enjoying their lives there with full fun. For bedsheet replacement, if you request at 10 am, they will say "dhobi nahin dekar gaya hai chaddar, to abhi replace nahin ho sakta". For 3-4 days you may need to wait for bedsheet replacement even after multiple request. Same answer if you request a towel, and yes its monsoon season here, so another excuse...

Overall , you will feel as if you are staying in a hostel. Jahan gyser nahin chalta to koi baat nahin, dusre room se balti main garam pani lekar de diya jayega...

Worst. Rats, lizards, spiders, entered into rooms through door and floor gap. Kept getting into our bags. Very small congested room. Services poor , for simple bedsheet cleaning they said a person from nearby area will come wait for half hour, after 1 hour too no one came. They only had One bedsheet , no blankets change, also they had so staff , so other workers changed. No changing of blankets, pillows , etc. Only answer theh gave was we don't when laundry will be done, even though it is their own hotel.

AC not cooling properly, they said we cannot do anything. Worst experience for stay at this place.
