service management, serve represent, design, decoration all are good,,,,this is my personally experience. and also i liked soft western music which play in background. in ballia, people attracted there,, where they feel this is new innovation. and UP-60 is really new experience for ballia people because of here caffe is designed like baar, some beer bottle, wine bottle and also some cool design glass attract the people.... some up60 special is also include in their menu which u get when ever u visit the UP60.

If you're going for the ambiance and environment, don't think twice—it's excellent!

However, when it comes to the food, you might want to reconsider. The prices are high, portions are small, and while the food is good, it doesn't quite justify the cost.

That said, if it's your first visit, definitely give it a try without overthinking. I recommend ordering the veg Hakka noodles—they're fantastic, packed with veggies, and perfect for two people.

When I visited this place first, it was one of its kind in Ballia. But later I was so disappointed with this place. Food quality, availability, service all reduced to a large extent. Though Ambience is well enough with a drink counter. Mocktails were their speciality but that too doesn't feel much distinguishing now. This probably happened because they sold lots of coupons and now they are not able to bear the expenses on it. Overall okay place if you want to have some light fast foods or...
