Hotel Centre Point. — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

My review for the hotel is as follows This hotel will definitely give the feeling of residing in a premium hotel. Cleanliness 9.5 / 10 Right from the matress, floors, mirrors, washrooms everything is so beautifully maintained that you'll feel really great to stay here. Location As the name defines the hotel is exactly in the centre so you easily have access to 4 or 5 banks and ATMs. There are also hotels and even a "Domino's" is present near by. Price Price is little high to Rs.2200 per day, but you get breakfast which is inclusive of the prices paid for the room. You get tea and Aloo paratha or paneer parathas which are great. Laundry Even laundry is available here for Rs.100 per cloth. Wash rooms Yea I'd give an easy 10/10 for the wash rooms, you get hot water facility and everything will shine bright with the level of maintenance.

Exceptional guest-centric service I have stayed for over 30 nights at this hotel in the last 8 months. I have experienced the changes forced by COVID-driven local regulations and restrictions. I am impressed by the commitment and focus of the entire staff towards ensuring guest satisfaction and happiness, not to forget safety of everyone, throughout this period. One attention to detail, among several, worth mentioning is, for most of my several noncontiguous stays, I was lodged in the same room on the same floor on the same side of the building (I like the views from that side). Another highlight is when my husband was pleasantly surprised to see a framed picture of us on the dresser when she joined me for one of my trips. Unlike many other hotels I have stayed at, all the amenities in the rooms that I stayed in were in working condition. I have no hesitation, based on my stay experience, to describe this hotel as 'the earth's best...

Room services are very slow and bad. But staffs are soft spoken. In room cleaning is not appropriate as most of the corners were having spiders web and so many mosquitoes in room. Washroom is neat and clean and hot water is available. Staff own provided me electric kettle, which was very kind cooperation. Linens were clean but room size is normal and less spacious. Also wardrobes and shelfs were not maintained and dust were available at many places. Plus point to stay in this hotel is Domino's at ground floor and hotel owned restaurant which is providing good taste good in good quantity, but utensils quality is not good and complimentary breakfast is not good and found hair in aalo parothas. The only issue is late service and hard to contact restaurant for ordering. Also this hotel is far from the city center and is approx 6 km which seems so far due to bad condition of roads and less local but...
