Wasn’t a good experience

I went to Bake Brown today. After 6 pm in the evening, there is a 50% discount on snacks at Bake Brown. However, the cashier did not apply for the 50% discount. (Vishnu Gautam) I told him I am a regular customer, but he still didn’t give me the discount. Vishnu told me, 'Sir, the 50% offer ended 3 months ago. Now, this offer applies only after 8 pm.'

Then, I asked him for the bill, and he gave me an invoice without asking for my number. I told him I needed the bill on WhatsApp. He replied, 'Sir, you didn’t mention your number, so I gave you the invoice bill.' I told him, 'I have come here before, and they always ask for my number to give the bill, and the bill has also been sent to me on WhatsApp. Today, you didn’t ask for my number, so this is your mistake, not mine.'

I also showed him my previous bill from Monday at 7:35 pm, which had a 50% discount. He said someone else must have done the billing and that he didn’t know about it. I told him, 'You’re saying the offer ended 3 months ago, but this is Monday’s bill.' Then he started lying to me, claiming he never said the offer ended 3 months ago.
