There was an incident or you can say a kind of bad talk happened from your hotel-staff end on 20th-Aug early morning @ hotel gala galaxy reception ,you may see in your CCTV if you can: 1)I was in need of a iron box for my cloth & had a 1st call to room service & got the reply "call to reception". 2)Again i called to reception & got the reply" iron box will be available by 7:00AM because staff is not available". 3)However had a call for one more time to reception around 7:15AM & got the reply in very bad tone like hotel is not having iron box,i can not write that word which has been used by reception. 4)I decided to visit your reception ,i came to your hotel reception & i said to person(dont know his name) "Bhai sahab Iron box nahi milega",atlist 4 to 5 staff were there at this moment @reception. 5)I got the worst reply from the person "Nahi milega ja yaha se"(like get out) ,it was not enough &further he said again to your staff like"bol ise nahi to aaj kuch ho jayega(he was ready to bit me with abusing words). 6)Then i said please make my final bill & will check out,& i did it,& got the new hotel also. 7)How ever i got the Iron box after 2hours & got to know hotel has only one iron box.
My Request:: Please help to your hotel & customer, Please have a proper trained team.

We attended a function organized within the hotel, and I was genuinely impressed by the impeccable work of their team. The decor was nothing short of overwhelming, creating a truly festive atmosphere. The party hall was beautifully arranged, and every detail seemed carefully thought out.

Very poor service food is pathetic, Starters they are serving by doing microwave of cold snacks .only so called 3 star property , Even manager is also non sensible and his attitude, what can be done if manager is like that then staff would also behave like him. They are the people those only attract customers by showing property with no service. Waiters are like roaming without their service trays they are only snatching money from Dance floor.I have caught one of them stealing money from my brother's hand on dance floor.
Never book this property for any family gathering.We were their for celebrating 25th anniversary of my MAMA ji. They spolied everything.Even They don't feel any guilty on their behaviour.
Completely waste.
Only rooms are good.
