Cake 24 — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I ordered 2 pastries (black forest & rasmalai) for dine-in. The rasmalai pastry was fine but the black forest pastry was stale and tasted bad. Immediately informed the staff about the issue and asked politely to check. However, the staff said that it was due to freezer and the pastry was from yesterday evening. I asked why they didn't inform that earlier, when I asked about the fresh stuff. Another staff intervened and said that a pastry remains fresh for 3 days and they keep selling them. I was very surprised and asked for another fresh pastry. When denied, I asked about the complaint cum feedback register. They confidently gave it to me. But, I was again surprised to see that many pages were already stapled. Still, I wrote a feedback, despite the fact they will tear or staple my page too. This was very bad experience. And, I am sichoed to see so many negative reviews on this...

Really bad experience..I bought a Apple pie and when I came back home to eat it I saw it had fungus growth all over it ....I went back to the store to complaint about it nobody took a feedback and ignored as if nothing happened...they didn't even said sorry for inconvenience they caused not even once....I am a doctor and I said I ll not tolerate this behaviour I even had payment proof but the guy said they can't do anything and just said sorry after arguing a lot..... really bad service.....NO PROFESSIONALISM...I would not recommend it to anyone.... I have already said so many people to not go they I am adding fungus apple...

Vanila falour one pound cake at price of 400 the blue colour is bitter in taste very bad taste all over nd spoil my cake taste on my special day ..nd complaint to the owner about bitterness she said we used chemical in blue cream in this of amount we can purchase from normal shops what is difference between in cake 24 ..if ur r also using cheap quality cream in...
