Hotel Mahesh — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Yesterday I booked hotel Mahesh through AGODA on which it was showing 4 star hotel with last minute more than 60 % discount. I booked with breakfast included and paid 2500 rupee after getting more than 60 % discount. When I reached at the hotel at 10 p.m, and enquired at the counter ( although it was just a cheap type guest house), i was informed that they don't have any booking for me and when I showed my pre paid booking receipt the guy sitting on the counter informed me that he has withdrawn all his tie up with AGODA and other online booking agency. Later after talking to someone , he informed that yes you have booking but I am been asked to pay again as till the time money paid by me has not been transferred to them. When I said I have already paid why to pay again then he said talked to AGODA. When I tried to contact AGODA, call was not connecting.i kept trying but no response from AGODA. SUCH a horrible experience at late night. Never even I will book again with agency like Agoda. I have written to AGODA but no responce from them till now. I have been cheated.These agency and hotels makes us fool. I have given 1 star beacause i can't give less than that....

..One thing I noticed is that when I went to washroom, I observed that toilet is just opposite to the kitchen.. It didn't look good at all.. Atleast there should be a barricade or some kind of veil to keep these 2 places apart..

Not at all expected to get this kind of infrastructure..

Food was good, service is ok, prices are reasonable..so, OK kind...

Stayed for 3 nights, loved every bit of it. The food, A.C rooms, the staff & the manager, the location and overall service was par excellence. All this at very reasonable price is rare to find. Thanks Hotel Mahesh by Shrigo for giving a very pleasant &...
