OYO 35777 Hotel Park Square — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room cleanliness was a major concern, with a stingy blanket that had traces of hair and shreds. The toilet was also dirty, raising questions about overall hygiene standards.

Moreover, the presence of mosquitoes made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep, impacting my ability to recharge for the next day's activities. This not only affected my comfort but also raised concerns about safety, as mosquito-borne illnesses can pose a risk.

I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements measures to improve cleanliness and address pest control. Guests deserve a clean and safe environment, especially when staying for business purposes. I hope my feedback contributes to the enhancement of the hotel's services for...

First ,it is a banquet hall basically so rooms are like that.Beware we have already booked our home and paid online but they said they don't take bookings from Agoda and itwas 10 in the night.However after agression and calling influential people and one lady said they also booked from Agoda then only they gave us room which has no tv , nothing as showed in picture but after asking housekeeping changed all this. Not me there were many people who were coming and they were denying.So it's better if you choose any other hotel. Very worst experience during the marriage because not good option Serve dinner during the marriage for the peoples. Only one problem create in the marriage some time rain fall but rearrange dinner place in the park square in underground place. First not no ventilation facilities no cleaning and not good entrance so sophisticated for the all peoples and the storage room especially but rearrange the dinner for the peoples in the storage room I am very disappointed from this is park square really very worst experience in the park square please any other marriage hall will you higher for the my suggestion for you...
