Room fare: 1800/night 2 double beds free wifi hot water no complimentary brekfast no tea-coffee sachet in room

The room did not had table. The bankets were torn, last day we ran out of water and had to wait for 20 min to use washroom. They say its newly built hotel but it doesn't look like. If you order food in room ot will take min 1 hr to arrive. The attainder was a bit drunk when we arrived at hotel (morning).

I wont recommend this hotel if you have other choices.

Tip: All hotels in Prayagraj are expensive, find hotel that offer room for 3k and up if you want...

There is no parking available nearby, which was quite inconvenient. When I shared this feedback with the hotel owner, instead of addressing the issue, they dismissed it and claimed the cigarette smell in the room was something else entirely.

The owner's attitude suggests a lack of understanding of basic customer service, which is disappointing. This place seems to be more focused on profiting from the Maha Kumbh than providing a quality experience. If you have other options, I strongly recommend...
