I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Shagun Residency in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing encounter. My stay at this establishment left much to be desired, as I encountered several issues that marred what should have been a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Customer Service: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) The customer service at Hotel Shagun Residency was severely lacking. From the moment I checked in, I was met with indifference and a lack of professionalism from the staff. Requests for assistance or information were often met with vague responses or ignored altogether. It was disheartening to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The room I was assigned to was far from being in an acceptable state. Dusty surfaces, stained upholstery, and a musty odor were prevalent throughout. The bathroom was no exception, with dirty tiles and a lack of basic toiletries.

Service during meal times was inconsistent, and the dining area itself felt cramped and lacked an inviting atmosphere.

Conclusion: My stay at Hotel Shagun Residency in Mathura was far from enjoyable. The lackluster customer service, subpar cleanliness, and inadequate facilities left me feeling disheartened and unsatisfied. While the dining experience offered a glimmer of positivity, it was not enough to outweigh the numerous shortcomings of this establishment. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Hotel Shagun Residency to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable...

We booked the hotel for 3 nights 4 days weekend. It was a great expereince staying over here . Entrance 5/5 Hotel 5/5 Hospitality 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 : Even in night the buddy was cleaning the floor with broom and mob doing wiper with phenyl and chemicals. SUPERB Hotel staff 5/5 Wifi : 5/5 Great speed 20-30 Mbps pehle to wifi sirf lobby me tha when we entered but then when i asked the guy to get it fixed as mujhe office karna tha waha se , so he called the wifi guy and got it fixed ... for poore hotel me wifi chalne laga 😃😁😆😜 meri wajah se poore hotel me wifi aa gya and guests ne use kia 🤪 Parking 5/5 ample amount of parking

Situated at a good place , krishna janambhoomi k lie u can do E-Rockshaw and go visit janambhoomi mandir & dwarkadheesh Vrandhavan k lie u can go opposite side highway pe and waha se direct...

I strongly recommended this hotel, as they are in good location and having very friendly staff support and rooms are very clean and big.. my mom was traveling along with her sister.. and being both aged people, they take care very well both of them.. they allow in-house service , like arranging breakfast in room and all . rooms and bathrooms are very clean, all modern equipment are present in all the rooms for giving star categorization... ||specially all the time very efficient and friendly staff are there to help and take care . Mr Pranave , he is the owner of the property , very smartly efficient and help. He always ensure best service for all travels...
