Our recent trip to Mathura was made truly special by our stay at this delightful homestay. Nestled within the city's serene lanes, this property stood out not just for its charming ambience but for the warmth and thoughtfulness of its service. What immediately set this place apart was its impressively large, well-coordinated staff of 12 members. Each one was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist without being intrusive. From the moment we arrived, every interaction reflected a genuine care for guest comfort — whether it was offering refreshing welcome drinks after our long journey, or arranging spontaneous local experiences tailored to our interests. One of the most captivating features of this homestay was its open terrace. Framed by a beautiful old tree that casts dappled shade throughout the day, the terrace quickly became a favorite gathering spot for both morning teas and evening conversations. It wasn’t long before it turned into an informal selfie point — the perfect backdrop with its natural elegance and calm, making for beautiful family photographs we’ll cherish for years. The host deserves special mention. Thoughtful and approachable, they struck that rare balance between professional hospitality and personal warmth. They made sure every need was met with quiet efficiency, whether it was suggesting lesser-known temples to visit, organizing a customized dinner on the terrace, or arranging an early morning visit to the ghats. My family loved every bit of our stay here. It felt less like a commercial lodging and more like visiting a relative's beautifully kept home — one where every detail, from spotless rooms to flavourful, home-cooked meals, had been thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and contentment. I would wholeheartedly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Mathura. It’s a rare place where soulful hospitality, a picturesque setting, and a genuinely kind host come together to create lasting memories. A place we will surely return to.

During my recent visit to Mathura, I had the pleasure of staying at a homestay that not only exceeded expectations but subtly redefined the essence of hospitality. From the moment of arrival, it was evident that this was no ordinary accommodation — a quiet elegance lingered in the air, marked by meticulous attention to detail and an unmistakable sense of warmth. The rooms were impeccably maintained, presenting a harmonious blend of comfort and understated aesthetics. Every corner spoke of care: spotless linen, polished floors, and thoughtfully arranged amenities that left no room for inconvenience. Cleanliness wasn’t just maintained here — it was perfected. What elevates this homestay beyond its physical comforts is its staff. Courteous yet unobtrusive, the team displayed an enviable balance of professionalism and genuine kindness. Every request was met with swift, effortless service, never intrusive but always attentive. The owner, however, is the soul of this establishment. Altruistic in the truest sense, their quiet dedication to guest satisfaction was both rare and moving. Beyond the customary pleasantries, they offered invaluable local insights, assisted with personal arrangements, and extended gestures that felt sincerely personal — a testament to hospitality done right. In a city as culturally rich as Mathura, this homestay manages to carve its own identity, not through opulence but through integrity, precision, and an old-world graciousness often lost in modern hospitality. It isn’t merely a place to stay — it’s an experience curated with heart. A highly recommended stay for discerning travelers who value sharp service, pristine upkeep, and a host who embodies hospitality in its purest form.

Not upto the mark. Rooms are dirty. There were a lot of ants and mosquitoes in the room. The solution provided by the owner was to sprinkle turmeric but that too didn't fix the problem. Wires in the room are hanging just like that, though tapping is done. Highly over priced. Owner gives knowledge on professionalism but feels disturbed if you call him to talk. The owner tries to be polite and says harsh words in polite tone and that too with folded hands. Buckets and mugs in the bathroom were dirty. The cupboard handles were all broken. Window didn't have a mesh but was covered with a card board. The owner wanted me to make all the payment during the time of checkin, to which I said that the advance has been made and balance I shall pay at the time of check out which he didn't agree. I told him what if I don't get proper service, I have paid for AC room, what if I face issue with AC again (I changed my room because AC was faulty in the room). He insisted me on paying the full amount and gave me gyan on attracting positive and negative energy. I had a similar experience in another hotel where I paid for AC room but AC of the room was faulty. So I deducted the money as I was denied the service of air conditioner. (The owner of that hotel didn't create any fuss because he was at fault). Here, owner asked me to make full payment and think positive so that no problem would occur. Since their rooms are not upto mark and the facilities are also average, that is why they take all the payment at the time of checkin. Even if the guests face some problem, no refund will be provided.

Extremely pathetic, irresponsible, careless and unprofessional people to deal with. I called them around 7pm prior to visiting the hotel and categorically asked if they offer a 24 hour check out facility for which they initially agreed, allowed me to complete the check-in process and took Rs 1600 /- for the stay. The next day they arrived at the door asking me to check out even though it wasn't a complete 24 hours of stay. To make things worse the owner started arguing and ensured he put the entire blame on us stating we didn't understand his policy and never asked him clarifying questions. Very adamant on his words and not agreeing to the mistake his staff member committed but shifted the entire blame on us. He said the justification we gave was senseless so now you know what kind of language he uses when he doesn't want to agree. Eventually we decided to leave as there was zero empathy, zero ownership and zero accountability. All he wanted was money.

Apart from that the room was very small and heavily congested, only good enough to fit a bed, a telephone kept on the bed itself which didn't work and the same story with their Wi-Fi too. Falsely claiming that you get free Netflix access when the basic internet doesn't work. There is no wardrobe so you need to keep your clothes on the table and there is no mirror in the room too so use your mobile camera when you want to get ready. You need to walk a fair distance to get access to transport and no nearby restaurants either.

Bike Rental is quite high as you can find many other providers for much less cost.

Please avoid booking this home stay as they don't accept any mistakes they make but will conveniently blame you for everything and you will have a nightmare of your life trying to convince a lying machine.

Kindly avoid visiting here unless you want to get cheated as the owner seems like a professional cheater...

Replying to your response =

I wasn't asking for additional perks instead asking for what your staff confirmed on the phone call and you blatantly denied and argued over and over without accepting what your staff originally committed. Don't cheat people for money, show willingness to take customers feedback instead of giving gibberish reasons. Hope you learn to be humble and honest. God Bless You!!

Advise to fellow visitors =

Visit at your own risk. The owner doesn't find any shame in blaming you offline or online, so you know the kind of low class human being you are...

Stay is okay but rented scooter from them that was horrible experience. At first I thought they are very nice guys, sugar sweet speaking and all. He offered me scooter for 500 inr a day . I took it and first day I made it to Mathura two locations . 12 PM temple closed my brother request me that we don’t come often let’s go to Agra too till we come back temples do open as well then we will go to varindavan. Agra is barely 60 km from Mathura we fuel up the scooter. We came back by evening. Probably There must be any gps device installed in the scooter. But when we returned the guy told me that he got a call from sikndrabad police station that your scooter roaming there lol rocket science the guy got latest advanced technology. Interesting part is we didn’t get any police guy though out our whole journey. And what he did he asked us to pay extra 500 inr , that’s like 1000 inr rent for a day for a scooter. And we booked it for the next day too . He said we only provide scooter for Mathura and Vrindavan only. Which is barley like 13 km radius. He said I already told you , you guys didn’t listen the fact is he didn’t mentioned anything like that we can’t take it to Agra. Although Agra is a tourist place we are not roaming like any another place. What the means of renting a vechle if we can’t drive it at our own will. That time I feels cheated. Please don’t run scooter renting business. People hire bikes scooters from Manali made it to Leh ladakh, we rented a scooter back in Goa and made it to almost to Karnataka border to see dudhsagar waterfall , more on his scooter didn’t have a front number plate when I asked what about police he told me don’t worry no one stops in 12 years who will stop now. Very money minded person spoiled my mood. It’s not about the money it’s about the vibes I hate feeling cheated. I do own 3 bikes I traveled a lot . But this guy failed at this. I thought we are coming to such holy places let’s not put a bad review . Prabhu ji will see everything. But when I goes though the reviews someone gives 1 star and this guy in reply threat him he will do a cyber case lol than I though I should definitely post about my experience. Please don’t deal with him. I do own a YouTube channel I will share my experience...
