Just fine!!!
Utsav Restaurant which is a part of the hotel, serves the typical food adding nothing to the mouth. Butter chicken was somewhat good but biryani was completely unsatisfactory. Overall, the ambience was good and staff were friendly.

Hotel is good...,rooms are big and have ample space...nicely managed...big bathrooms...n availability of hot water in winters...Air conditioner, television, but with all such good things comes bad things...the service is too bad and with too bad i literally mean it...staff is nicely spoken...and they will assure you everything nicely but the service is so poor, just for a water bottle they took more than one hour to get to room with 4-5 calls at reception and even i personally went there to ask for water but at the end i have to get the water bottles myself from outside shops..and worse was the food delievery. Other than service n too much delays in every order...everything else is good and nice...but when service isnt good it ruins the whole experience. I Wish they improve the order service n other things..rest a good place to stay...

Worst management of any hotel I have ever experienced. This hotel is located on main road near Pahadia Chauraha in Varanasi. It is a prime property but suffers from extremely bad management of the housekeeping and reception. Lift doesn't work until you tell them to switch it on. TV, hot water, complimentary toiletries, towels etc. are not made available until you shout at the staff. Floors in the room are very dirty and looks like they don't sweep or mop them before checking in the guests. The reception staff is not well behaved. We had done confirmed online booking and had also informed the hotel atleast 4 hours before check-in, but they didn't keep the rooms ready. This hotel is expensive compared to similar hotels nearby, however their poor service leaves guests like me in really bad mood. It has potential but needs...
