Wish I could give you people 0 stars. They won’t even tell you the WiFi password. They will talk to you rudely. Railway should look into it and cancel the contract.

I don’t know who is running this restaurant but it the worst place I could ever eat with the rude guys. They’re like goons. They don’t even wash their hands. Everything is in worst condition. Hygiene is not a word for them.

I saw a guy in the kitchen eating dosa aloo and then came in the front cleaning the tables. He didn’t even washed his hands.

I wish I could be the manager of this restaurant and tell the rude guys how to work and how to greet guests and make sure to give them the best service.

This station is a big one for mathura and vridavan as well. They should know how to treat people. I think they also treat their family members like this.

The food quality is very very bad just take away Samosa it was so terrible, stale, pathetic food could eat more than a bite, They need to change the chef at the earliest also need to change service staff if they don't know the quality of food why ready to sell. Tried to call customer service due to some technical issue over the phone not able to explain my concern. Pathetic service.. first of all waiting time was too but most importantly the counter person was saying that only thali was available at that time. So I took 2 but on the counter the counter person was giving other food items order too.. when confronted they simply said the wait time is 30 mins.. and when I asked why I was told that nothing is available except thali.. they said what did I need and i will be given that.. seems like they had lot of stock of thali items and they forcefully want that to be sold.. cheap people..very very...
