First experience is last experience This is true We had booked hotel through Agoda and when we reached at hotel for check in they told us they had cancelled our booking and they didn’t bother to call us to convey such important information We had already made all the payment before reaching the hotel When we asked for the reason they said we will give you room at night price that is 10000 plus taxes and we had booked the hotel at 4900 including all the taxes They refused to give us room and refused to co-operate with us While sitting there we observed they had cancelled more the 13 agoda booking We were in the hurry because we have to leave for the important meeting Then we have no other option to rebook the same room on higher price Then we had done the booking through Make My Trip at 9100 It was so unbelievable the way hotel management treating us Now come to food part Half of the menu items are not available with them At the breakfast time they don’t know how to manage the restaurant and the service

I recently stayed at this hotel for a day and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite booking two executive suites, we were given two rooms of different categories, which was quite disappointing. The blanket cover in one of the rooms was stained, adding to the discomfort. What bothered me even more was the unexpected extra charges. The hotel added GST and a service charge on MRP bottles that we purchased from outside, which felt completely unjustified. The staff's attire was another major issue. Except for the front desk manager, the staff were dressed in casual, funky clothes, making it difficult to identify them as employees. This lack of uniformity and professionalism is concerning and reflects poorly on the hotel's management. Overall, there seem to be some serious rules that are not being followed here, and it’s something that definitely needs to be addressed. I would not recommend staying at this hotel until these issues are resolved.

I recently stayed at Lime Tree Hotel & Banquet for a short trip, and I’d say it was a “chaal jata hai” type of stay — decent for 2-3 days, but nothing too great. The room was thik thak clean — not spotless. I did notice a few cockroaches, which was disappointing. They really need to improve their housekeeping standards. Food was good in taste, but the breakfast buffet was a letdown. It had the same limited items every day, with not many options to choose from. Definitely not ideal if you’re staying for more than a day or two. On the positive side, the staff was polite and service was prompt. I adjusted fine during my stay, but there’s clear room for improvement in hygiene and variety in food. Overall Rating: 3/5 Good for a short budget-friendly stay, but not something I’d recommend for a longer comfortable experience unless they improve cleanliness and breakfast variety.

Let's start from the beginning. I came to know about this hotel from their marketing executive who visited st my workplace and offered me a membership card with lots of benefits. I never had an idea about how these things work so fell into their trap. I was told about lots of benefits which later turned out to be false or with conditions applied.

Cut short , I went to them first around thre four months back The location is in heart of the city but the road to hotel is in pathetic condition. It's better to say that there are patches of road in big pothole.

The service is drastically slow and there restaurant is full of mosquitos. U need to request them again n again to switch on the ac.

I have gone thrice to the place and everytime found the restaurant to be empty. It seems that no one comes here except those who comes to expomart.

Now coming to service part , which needs hell lot of improvement. Since I have membership vouchers there waiter or steward always try to make excuses for us to avoid availing the discounts offered. If u yourself cannot afford the offers why to sell your pathetic membership.

Everytime I used to ignore them just thinking why to ruin my evening. But this time they crossed all the limits.

Today me n my family was again denied use of discount coupons for which there was not even anything mentioning of any conditions for refusal. There drama started as soon as I showed them coupons for which they started giving lame excuses on very first' order. They were testing my patience and it was done today. Immediately i decided to leave with my family after feeling cheated.

I admit that I felt hugely embarassed in front of my in laws n had to leave frustrated and in full anger .

Thanks for ruining our evening.

(We went to shahi dawat and had wonderful time there.)

So before serving food they should needs to learn about services. Whole of the time the owners stood there and didn't felt need to intervene . Now reading others review, it's confirmed that the problem lies not only with the staff, its mainly the owner who is responsible for pathetic services.

Better Eat on a roadside dhaba than going to such cheap place.

Wo kehte hai na aadmi apni izzat khud hi banata hai or khud hi bigadta hai . Inhone apni image bigadane ki kasam kha rakhi rai. They are ruining the name of LIME TREE HOTEL CHAIN .

So honestly avoid it till u are left...

Avoid this Hotel – Unsafe and Unprofessional Experience for Solo Female Travelers

I recently had a highly disappointing and distressing experience with a hotel I booked through a well-known platform, and I feel it’s important to share this so others, especially families and solo female travelers, are aware.

I had booked my stay well in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel, the staff initially denied my reservation. After hours of frustration and back-and-forth, they confirmed my booking over the phone. However, when I returned to check-in, I was told that the hotel was "fully booked" and they could no longer accommodate me.

As a solo female traveler, this was not only inconvenient but also unsafe. I had to leave the hotel and search for last-minute accommodation in an unfamiliar area. To make matters worse, the staff and manager, Mr. Tiwari, were completely unhelpful and dismissive of the situation. I wasn’t the only one facing issues at the hotel—other guests were also experiencing similar booking problems, which added to the frustration.

The lack of professionalism and disregard for guests' concerns was shocking. No apology was offered, and my booking was ultimately canceled, leaving me stranded and stressed.

Key Issues:

Denied booking despite confirmation. Hotel was "fully booked" even after confirmation. Unhelpful, dismissive staff, including the manager. Unsafe experience for a solo female traveler. My advice to anyone, especially women traveling alone, is to never book with this hotel. It’s not worth the stress, uncertainty, or risk. Please choose your accommodations carefully to avoid a disastrous or...
