Swagath Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Very rudly handled by the service manager.I booked my seat using swiggy dineout and when asked to pay the bill I used swiggy dine out to pay the bill. The manager was very rude and forced me to pay the regular amount wherein the swiggy dineout billed me with 20%discount.

The service manager told me that its there loss and I should have told them earlier.

At 20% discount would they have served me stale food or would there have been a difference.

It a restaurant business and if they are listed at 20%discount of swiggy they should accept it

Other restaurant are doing much better.

Please do not loot others and deliver good food or shut down service as there are other restaurants doing much better

There chicken ghee roast what they are proud of if not at all edible

Its spicy as hell and they do not even customize the dish
