Lukergunj Holidays — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

My experience here is as follows – 1. It’s not a hotel but a MARRIAGE HOME 2. Dirty bed sheet, water jug and dust bin. 3. Room had a phone but it was not working. So I had to roam around the hotel premise to (try to) catch hold of room service; in 5 attempts I got luck just once. Moreover, room service guy had attitude problem; he was behaving as if he was the Gram-Pradhaan. 5. Water jet in toilet had almost no pressure and water was discharging drop-by-drop. 6. Water discharge rate from Shower was extremely low. 7. Room had cupboard but there wasn’t any hanger…not even a nail in the entire room where I would hang up my trouser. 8. AC was without remote and you couldn’t regulate the temperature as it was by default set at 18 degree. Moreover, Fan’s regulator was such that either it could operate at max speed or it stopped. So I had to manually turn the AC off and on after every 15 mins, in order to regulate the room’s temperature. 9. Marriage home - Paryag Holidays, had no place to eat in its vicinity so you had to rely over them for food. Food was expensive, tasteless and prepared in sub-standard kitchen so forget about hygiene. One tawa roti was for Rs. 20 so you can assume the rest. When I raised the question mark over higher-than-normal price of roti, room service guy answered that it was so because roti was made of wheat floor (that moment I realized that I had been eating rotis made of plastic till my entire life). 10. Very poor and worst experience ever. Being booked my room and paid online 2 days ago, the owner says, there is no room when I reached at venue 11pm. I asked about my confirmed booking via MMT, he said, "blaming online booking, Oyo ki galti hai, mere pas 10 room ki property hai, 15 room book hai, blah blah etc, and Jao kar do complain, abhi Mai mobile off kr lunga, customer care krte rahenge call, fir ghumte rehna aadhi raat ko, kahi room nahi milegaa". I felt shocked. Just think..... if you arrived there with your family member/friends (old age or any ladies) where will you go at midnight. I was so helpless and regretted. Be aware!!!

He is cheating guys, and making scam because he has given my room to somebody else offline at high amount.

Book a hotel with high class for the safe travel, not the scammer.

I also request online booking system, to provide the room no. at the moment anyone paid online, so that these kinds of misbehave/misleading/scam/cheating should be prohibited. Because even after payment for a High fee for a particular class, you don't know they will give you your actual class, or lower or no room ever . Similar case may happen with you in future....

It's a very nice place to stay in Allhabad, all staff, manager Dheeraj ji, Oyo captain Pyush sir they are very helpful, if you are staying in Prayag Holiday you fill comfort like home, all are very friendly, food are awesome, last 2months i am staying in same place they also have sports activities in hostel ,hotel owners are also very warm and nice person, overall my experience with Prayag Holiday truly very good, during my touring I am staying lots of hotel but with Prayag Holiday my experience is very very good. Especially i want to thank Oyo captain Pyush sir , hotel manager Dheeraj ji, and entire staff of Prayag Holiday for make my staying very Comfort and famalier, i am always very thankful for your service.
