We ordered breakfast for 40 members, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The poha served was completely spoiled, and despite this, it was initially served to the group. Only after we informed the staff did they remove it. Even though the order was placed in advance, there was no proper time management. The service was extremely delayed, and the servers struggled to manage the crowd, even with a buffet setup. Items were replenished very slowly, adding to the frustration. Overall, the service and organization need significant improvement to handle such gatherings...
