DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. WORST DECISION TO CHOOSE NIDHIVAN SAROVAR PORTICO HOTEL VRINDAVAN.
I have booked 2 rooms for my family for date 07/06/2022 and believe me our stay in this Hotel turns in to nightmare for us. They have allotted me room No-512 and room No-514 for us. Lizard baby are roaming on the bed and on wall at room No-512. I contacted Reception to change our Room then they allotted us room no-518.here I found Big lizard in bathroom of Room No-518. Room was Ok.. Ok.. and not worth the price.
I have paid Rs.4000 per room per night. Total i have paid Rs.8000 for both the rooms. They Claim that Hotel is a 4 Star Hotel but believe me the service they provided not worth the price. Dental kit which is normally provided in Bathroom was also not there. When i contacted the reception for the same even after 4 phone calls from the intercom in 1 hour they failed to provide the same. At last at 12 AM in the night after getting continuous follow up I have received the dental kit which should be provided by Housekeeping in bathroom already.
At night they voluntary Switched off the AC from Back end. Think about it, you have booked 4 star Hotel room in June when summer season is at peak and Hotel Staff voluntary Switched off the AC and your whole night become stressful due to such service. I called at reception at night to complain about the AC problem and the person at reception at night put the receiver away from the phone so that phone shows always busy. Then I decided to reach at reception at 3 AM at night as i was unable to sleep due to heat in the room. When i reached at reception the guy at the reception giving excuses that phone was not busy and said I have not received the phone. After arguing for 5 mins at reception they Switched On the AC from back end and after 1 hour same thing happened again. They again switched off the AC. It looks like they are saving there electricity bill. Never expected such services from 4 Star Hotel. Food quality at the Hotel is also not good as we had a lunch there. I don't like the taste of food at lunch but the taste of Breakfast is good. This is my honest review. Only breakfast taste is good and all other experience at the hotel is worst.
Please do not waste your money to book this Hotel. Don't Book this Hotel.You will surely get better services/facility even in any other AC Dharamshala at very less price. They have ruined my family trip...
Read moreI recently made the unfortunate decision to book this hotel through Agoda, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Everything seemed tolerable until we reached the checkout process, which turned out to be a complete disaster. Brace yourself for the horror story I'm about to share.
As my guests were preparing to leave, the cashier had the audacity to demand an additional payment of 1200 rupees. Can you believe it? Not only did they spring this surprise charge on us, but when I politely requested to handle the payment myself since I had made the booking for my guests, the staff responded with the utmost arrogance and refused my reasonable request. Instead, they insisted on collecting the payment directly from my guest, who was standing at the hotel reception.
The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by the cashier was beyond belief. It's as if they took pride in being as obnoxious as possible. Is it too much to ask for a modicum of respect and understanding from the staff? Apparently so. I never expected to be treated like a nuisance for a simple request during a checkout process.
To add insult to injury, when I escalated the issue to the manager, Mr. Mohit, hoping for a resolution, he proved to be just as inept and uncaring. Rather than addressing the matter promptly and efficiently, he insisted on subjecting us to unnecessary formalities, dragging out the process and wasting our valuable time. Clearly, customer satisfaction is the last thing on their minds.
The entire ordeal left me utterly dismayed and disgusted. It is unfathomable that a hotel would employ such untrained and unsympathetic staff, who clearly have no concept of customer service. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism tainted what could have been a somewhat decent stay.
I implore the management of this atrocious establishment to take immediate action. Invest in proper staff training and instill a sense of respect and empathy in your employees. Remember, guests are the lifeblood of your business, and such horrendous experiences can have lasting effects on your reputation.
To sum it up, this hotel gets a solid 0/5 rating from me. The abysmal checkout experience, coupled with the rude and incompetent staff, has left an indelible mark on my memory. Save yourself the agony and stay far, far away from this...
Read moreWe had a very pleasant stay here towards end of March-April beginning. The hotel is not too big. But when you enter, you can smell pleasant fragrance which is divine. The hotel lobby is so beautifully decorated. And their welcome drink is too good. The rooms are alright, but washrooms can definitely be better in terms of maintenance and finishing. The restaurant staff was amazingly courteous. They all were extremely well behaved and nice. All were very helpful. Kudos to the restaurant team. All of this was great, but the best part comes here. We left our wallet with close to Rs 10k cash in our room’s safe. It did not occur to us till we reached our hometown. After a couple of days, we called the hotel and asked them about it. First, the lady at reception said they found nothing. This led us to believe that we have lost the money in the wallet in addition to a Driving Licence. After some back and forth, we got phone no. of Mr Brij Mohan. He told us he would check again and get back to us. Mr Brij Mohan was very polite, super courteous and extraordinarily helpful to us. When we had lost hope, he came as a rescuer to us 😊 He not only kept in close contact with us but returned us the money to the pennies in our bank account (after deducting courier cost, as requested by us). And sent the wallet and driving licence via courier. We want to thank Mr Brij Mohan from the core of our hearts. It is not just about money or some document, but he made us believe that honest and helpful people are around us. Special thanks to Mr Brij Mohan for all his help and cooperation with us. Highly recommend him for appreciation from Hotel’s Management for this. Also, thanks to the Nidhivan Sarovar Portico staff who catered to us, for their hospitality. Will definitely visit again....
