Resort Krishna Vaibhav — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Located far away from center. It says it is 1 kilometer from Prem Mandir but actual distance is around 3 kilometer. No public conveyance nearby which is essential as private cars are not allowed to enter the main roads. Location is secluded and approach road doesn't appear to be safe in night.

Rooms are spacious and well furnished. But they become dirty and cleaning staff doesn't come to clean when asked.

They don't have room service and you have to pay for Buffett even if u just want a sandwich.

The most important thing, PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL AS YOU WILL END UP HOURS WAITING FOR LIFTS. The lifts don't work here. You will press the button hoping that the lift will stop but it won't. This happened everytime invariably. Just imagine the chaos as it has 15 Floors. Not even a single lift out of 3 were working fine. Almost each guest was furious with this and it was told by old employees that it has always been like this.

Forget free water as water is given on chargeable basis. They have one RO on ground floor and you have to fill ur bottles urself and given that the lift doesn't work 80% of the times you will end up purchasing for it. Funny thing is, on 5th floor they have a sign "DRINKING WATER" but there is no water anywhere it's just a sign may be to confuse and misguide the authorities.

The food is pathetic and oily and menu for Buffett is same each day. No south Indian, no Chinese. The property is big and beautiful. The pool is very small and we were not allowed to use it. Rooms are spacious and good for large families. Bring cleaning items with you here as the cleaning staff don't clean...

We went to this Hotel for wedding in 10/11/12 Feb 23. And stayed two nights in same hotel. First of all its not resort. It's stand alone hotel building.

Almost 50 rooms were booked with all wedding guest.

Worst part is water coming from tap is very salty. Can't even gargle with this water. Even for hair and body wash. It's too hard. Even shampoo doesn't work.

Spoiled my wife hair which was treated specially worth rs. 12000/- for wedding. I need to buy 5 litre can to wash her hair and back to normal. But gone that also in waste.

You can't even brush your teeth with this water.

I have ordered grill sandwiches, but what i got is two layers of normal toast sandwich kept on each other. They don't know what is veg grill sandwich 😂

Surprisingly, next door hotel where we were having food was with really good water.

Also there is local E riksha wala problem , just for 700 meter run they charge 200/- to 250/-. So if you gone without your vehicle,you are screwed.

Tried meeting management, but as usual owners and managers are too busy. And no proper reply to all about water issue.

So in short , management has to improve on hospitality part , easy approach to clients need and specially need to change water connection with normal PH level water quality.

I have taken so much pain to write this review. Hope management wake up on same.

This place is marked as 4 star resort, but it is far away from being that. The only positive thing is that the rooms are really spacious, BUT. The rooms are also very used / worn out. The furniture is not being maintained, nor cleaned. The sofa has never seen a vacuum cleaner or a wet cleaner. The floor under sofa neither. The bed is big enough and comfy, but the bed sheets are already grey (used to be white years ago). The rooms have a kitchen corner too, but it's kind of useless as there is no equipment, nor any appliances.... There is not even a safety box. The bathroom is full of limescale, so the water from faucets goes in many directions. The tap water is salty, which is very uncomfortable for any hygiene (shower, face washing etc...). The breakfast options are very limited. Only indian and very hot / spicy meals. The only other option is toasted white bread and butter... Hard to eat that 3 days in a row though. The pool looks good, but when you come closer, there is a lot of dirt at the bottom, the tiles are also dirty and the water too. The local people are swimming / bathing in their daily clothes which is absolutely disgusting, because they simply bring the street dirt into the pool with them. The place have got a potential and capacity, but needs a proper management and maintenance focus to truly deserve a 4...
