Worst Hotel in Varanasi.
I have booked this hotel for my parents for 4 days via FabHotel (Booking Id: RGO7PD) and the experience was very bad.
Issues: Rooms are very bad and unhygenic. They didn't clean the room or change bedsheet or even asked for it in those 4 days. Even though my parents asked them daily many times.
Fan was not working and their response was : 'Fan cannot be repaired, Manage with AC'. My parents are not much comfortable in AC for the whole day that too for 4 days. They provided only 1 water bottle on the day of checkin. Any other hotel in any city will provide atleast 2 water bottle per day. Even on payung extra also there was no option to get water bottle. My parents had to bring it from outside. They do not have a restaurant/kitchen so cannot provide any food, Tea, etc. But while booking it says breakfast available. On asking they said 9 to 11 is the breakfast time that they arrange from outside. Who will stay in the hotel till 11 for breakfast? And on asking multiple times, in breakfast they provide only Poori and Sabji sourced from outside. No tea and nothing else available. TV was not working, parents went downstairs asking to start it but nobody visited till half an hour until I complaint it to FabHotels. Basic amenities were not there in the room, no cleaning, no Bedsheet change, no door mats, not even a kettle to get the warm water for drinking. I complaint it to Fabhotels, and customer Care took the hotel people on conference. He picked the call and was busy talking with other people at hotel. They were misbehaving even with FabHotel customer care executive. His words to FabHotel Customer Care were 'I need to see my customers, cannot spend time only for your customers'.
These people just want all money at the time of checkin but does not provide any facility even on paying complete amount while checkin itself. They take money at checkin time intentionally as they know if a customer stays there for 1 min they will come to know all the problems in the hotel.
Don't go for this Hotel. There are many good options for stay in Varanasi.
In hope Fabhotel take some corrective action otherwise collaboration with such hotel will ruin...
Read morenandini grand's reception person mr. Sonu Kumar is abusing to me at hotel reception regarding this kindly see footage of camera at morning 8:20 a.m date 26/9/24. Mr. Sonu asked me I am not providing any type of breakfast and GST bill but all are agree with that at when we book our room. His person is very bad behaviour with our guest and lack of business purpose.
No one stay here. Also not by any additional app like goibibo because Mr. Sonu replied on that Nandini hotel not booking by additional app it is only book at reception or walk in. It is only a name of 3 star but No such Facility is there. As I compared normal guest house those of that guest house is better...
