Primeland Hotel — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

On 07/12/2024 , I went to Varanasi with my family members.During my visit, at Varanasi, I stayed at Hotel Prime Land. The hotel is located beside G.T road. It is a nicely decorated hotel, But , the hotel has a problem regarding car parking. At the time of booking, I asked about the car parking area, and they assured me that there is no problem for car parking. But when I reached the hotel, it was observed that there is no proper place for car parking as road construction going on.When I discussed the problem with the management, the desk manager told me that park the car beside hotel on highway . I severally mentioned to the hotel management that it would create problems during my stay at the hotel, but they did not bother about the problem. Incidentally, at night, at about 01.10 AM, the hotel desk manager called me over the telephone and told me to remove the car from the highway in the down area by the side of the hotel. As they say, I kept the car to the place where the hotel management mentioned at that time. But when I returned to my room , I notice that a message from police UP Government(vahan) that a penalty was imposed on me due to car parking on the highway. Suddenly, I was shocked to receive the message. In the morning, I discussed the issue with the hotel management. They were astonished on hearing the issue and told that it was the first time to face such type problem. Hence, in my opinion, it is the mismanagement on the part of the hotel Prime Land, Varanasi. Due to the fault of the hotel management of the hotel Prime Land, Varanasi, I have to pay the penalty for which I have no fault. At last, I request the management of the Hotel Prime Land, Varanasi, before booking the room in the hotel, trying to give a clear picture of the hotel...

An EXCELLENT hotel with solid facilities. Clean rooms, linens and pillows with well designed and well kept interiors (Oct 2023). Bathroom had a separate glassed off shower area which has fantastic water pressure and very hot water. Sink had a counter top to keep toiletries and towel bar. Everything was well kept. Service was courteous and quick and food in the restaurant was very good as well. Breakfast items of puri, alu, idli, sambaar (our group is from Bangalore and we have Tamilians as well), poha, upma etc were all good and special requests like black tea were brought quickly. Room service was also quick and courteous. Rooftop pool was nicely maintained. Lobby was also well decorated with care.

There's a ramp to the basement from which a wheelchair can access a lift but requires being lifted over 2 steps.

Although this hotel is a little far from the major temples and sights, it was well worth the trip and extra time for how comfortable and...

I will not recommend it to anyone.

First of all “Recruit some other MANAGER “because he is Very Rude, ZERO communication skills, and doesn't know how to talk to Women.

2.Secondly Room service is PATHETIC, they will take 45 min to 1 hr to respond and still they didn’t provide fresh bathrobes.

Coming to the food, Breakfast was again tasteless and not fresh, So when I shared my experience with the Head Chef, he took it as a feedback and offered us a Complimentary Dinner but after having dinner he told me to pay for that Complimentary Dinner. and I was like is it really a 4 Star Property. They should hire a better...
