Disappointing Stay at Radisson Greater Noida – Not Up to the Brand’s Standards

I stayed at Radisson Greater Noida for a one-night work trip, expecting a comfortable and professional experience, as I’ve had at other Radisson properties across the country. Unfortunately, this stay was a big letdown — similar to a poor experience I previously had at Radisson Dwarka, Delhi. I generally don’t write reviews, but this experience compelled me to share my feedback.

Poor Check-in Experience After a long flight, I called ahead to request an early check-in — just 45 minutes before the usual time — which was flatly denied. That’s understandable if the hotel is fully booked. However, I waited in the lobby for quite some time without any update. Even after following up, I was only given my room exactly at 2 PM. If they were that busy, I expected at least some proactive communication.

Unclean Room Once I entered the room, I was shocked to find a thick bunch of hair in the shower area. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable, especially considering the time they took before handing over the room. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Unprofessional Staff Behavior At breakfast, I found the staff behavior, particularly one female staff member taking food orders (for dosa, paratha, etc.), to be highly unprofessional. She was openly making inappropriate comments in front of guests — saying things like “If you all keep making me work like this, I’ll quit.” This kind of attitude and loose talk in a guest-facing role is completely out of place and reflects poorly on the hotel's standards.

Overall, this stay did not meet the expectations associated with the Radisson brand. Cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service were all below par. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the...

Relaxing place after a rainy start from pune at 430am...reached Delhi by delayed air india flight 2470...so at 315pm....what followed was anAmazing experience, add the outset. I was a little taken aback with the distance. As I was confused between Noida and Greater Noida. However, on reaching the hotel, the person in charge of guest relations. Mr. Prince made a difference. The amazing you attitude in every respect made us feel comfortable. After a long day, which started with huge flight delays from Poona. Delhi had very good weather. And of course the vibrancy at the hotel was only welcoming. The room was well equept with a very nice. Whatup instant hot water? Great toiletry supplies bathrobe slippers, a well appointed safe. Excellent beverage supplies. Good housekeeping, by Rajendra, very comfortable mattress and also a small note on sleep hygiene. A great place to relax, overlooking the green cover. It is simply amazing how the ecological balance has been maintained. Further, the restaurant was excellent with Abhishek. Vinod Kalyani Kapil and the most important chef Pritam Singh, who made every meal very comfortable. His mile and his magical hands also made the packaged breakfast. For us, excellent, I think we cannot find words to say the culinary skills which are displayed by this restaurant staff. Further, the spa under leadership of Geeta assisted by Deepa is also very welcoming. We enjoyed the steam sonor and they made us very comfortable. I think it will not be Out of place to mention what started as a doubt, anxiety was put to rest by this lovely place, which also has an amazing banket.
