I recently visited Masti Zone in Greater Noida, located at The Grand Venice Mall, and it was an absolute blast! This place truly lives up to its reputation as a one-stop entertainment hub for all ages. Whether you're looking for a fun family outing or a thrilling day with friends, Masti Zone has something for everyone. The highlight for me was Snow Masti, their indoor snow park. Stepping into a chilly -10°C wonderland in the middle of Delhi NCR felt surreal! The snow slides, igloo mazes, and even the unique gondola ride inside the park were so much fun. It’s a perfect escape from the heat, and the kids (and adults!) around me were having the time of their lives building snowmen and sliding down the slopes.

The trampoline park was another hit—massive and well-designed, it’s a fantastic spot to bounce around and burn off some energy. I loved how spacious it was, giving everyone plenty of room to jump and try out some aerial tricks. The bowling alley was equally impressive, with well-maintained lanes that made for a smooth and enjoyable game. It’s great for both casual players and those who take their strikes seriously!

For the little ones, the kids' play area was a safe and colorful haven. It’s packed with soft play zones and engaging activities that kept the children entertained for hours. The snow park is really nice, but do NOT visit the trampoline park. 400 rupees for a small sized trampoline arena is so not worth it.

The snow park is a really nice place, had lots of fun, but I recommend people or kids with asthma or sensitivity to cold to bring some thin warm clothes also, because due to my asthma, I couldn't stay for long. They have the place at -12 degrees (approx.) and they give thick gears. Very nice rides, you can play and not be bored, you can play with snow, there are places to climb. There is an issue with staff inside, when I was in there and started having an asthma attack, the two staff were just sipping on coffee chatting with each other on the top of the ice ride, and the exit sign was completely covered with ice, so it took me a while to exit the place to go somewhere warm. Overall, definitely a place for people of all ages to go, I loved it while it lasted.

But, the trampoline park is absolutely horrifying. The service is horrible, staff do not care about anything and are on phone all the time, and the quality of the trampolines and rock wall and the pit is terrible. Some trampolines really felt like they might break any second, and the yellow cushioned edges were almost ripped, and you can see the foam. The basketball area is in a very bad condition, with the two hoops being almost broken. The foam pit is literally disgusting; all foam blocks are torn, and you can find strands of hair, lost items like toys, and I almost threw up when I stepped on a wet area. The safety of the rock wall is very very concerning and authorities are asked to check on it. Half the stepping stones were loose, and I, being 5’10 and my sister being 5 foot could not even get a quarter of the way up. There was no air conditioning, and by the time I and my sister left the arena , we were drenched in sweat, even though we saw many air vents and air conditioners all around. I also would like to call out the staff once again for the lack of attention to the visitors, especially young children.
