The Dwelling Inn Hotel — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

My stay was very very bad only because of 1 thing: WiFi and mobile network coverage. The WiFi was not working and I had JIO SIM connection so my mobile tower availability was zero. No signal. It was a cross ❌ in my room and the hotel premises. I had to come out to get a single connection bar. Only I know how I managed to order food, book tickets and call my family.

The room was very good, the bathroom as well. The air conditioning was good as well. During night/early morning, I noticed a couple of power outages but overall the room and room service was good.

In today's time, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity is one of the basic needs and it is very dificult to survive without it.

If it wasn't for the WiFi problem, I would've given 10/10 rating and feedback but for now...

I am from 🇳🇵, I stayed here for 2 nights and plan to stay again. This is a brand new boutique type hotel in Knowledge Park 3. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and facilities are new. It is a convenient location for those coming to Sharda University n IIMT. There is a good market near Jagat Farm. Local transport is easily available in front of this hotel which is connected to the main road. The environment here is calm and green. It became my favorite hotel. The hotel should pay more attention to the in-room drinking water, coffee and tea bags, hand wash and other neccessary amenities provided by the hotel. I recommend this...

People with own vehicle, beware its a public parking on the main road. So be you be responsible for safety of your own vehicle.

As a customer I didn't feel secure for my vehicle so I had to cut short my trip by 3 days, and was unfortunately also not refunded the money. I didn't argue with them, but they should have been courteous to give me money back for amount not used.
