O rating If you ever feel like eating chhole bhature, never go to the Bikaner branch at Knowledge Park because I’ve never had such tasteless chhole bhature in my life. How can someone be so expert at making such bad chhole? We went there to eat chhole, and the chhole were undercooked, floating in watery gravy, and so bland they were barely edible. Then we ordered rava dosa once, but it wasn’t rava dosa—it was like a salt dosa, so salty it was unbearable. We’ve decided never to go back to that place. Then we thought, let’s check out the sweets, and we saw rasmalai there. So, we decided to try the rasmalai, but when we went to the rasmalai stall, there was a long hair in it. Oh God, it was so clearly visible, yet these people couldn’t see it—unbelievable! I mean, come on, it’s ridiculous. Not to mention, the hygiene there is also terrible. If you want to save your money, don’t ever visit this place because I’ve never had such bad chhole in my life. Even if I made chhole blindfolded with no cooking knowledge, they wouldn’t be this bad. What a pathetic experience was it to go and eat here! The service was very bad! The food was also not good, it was tasteless even. We had ordered dosa and they had taken 45 minutes to make it! And the worst of all is that, even after 45 minutes, it didn't taste good, the sambhar was absolutely bland. Even the green paani of pani puri was weird, it tasted as if gone bad and stale. I'm so sorry to say this but this kind of pathetic food quality and taste is never expected from bikanevala foods. The Lassi was sour in taste, bhatura was drained in oil and rava masala Dosa was also very ridiculous. This is the worst experience so far at bikanervala foods. The shift managers are unprofessional not trained, the clearly said we can't do anything for it as every thing comes from base kitchen. The staff on the sweet counter was busy on a cell phone.
