Hello everyone
This is in reference to my recent stay at OYO TOWNHOUSE 380, Indira Nagar, Lucknow.
And I am happy to say that the experience which I got was in a league on its own. The stay and quality of rooms was just okay but what has made the services excellent was the courtesy, professionalism, eagerness to help of Mr. Kamal and Miss Kavita Tripathi who were at the reception during my stay.
They didn’t leave any stone unturned to make me feel comfortable, cosy and it was like a home away from home.
There was power failure at late night on which everyone from hotel staff including owner took ownership and made ensure to start the generator for power supply. Another excellent behaviour of entire OYO people.
We, everyone do understand that none of the properties are perfect and top notch and there is always a room for improvement but still, what matters is the behaviour of hotel staff in these situations.
Once again, I thank each one of you to make this stay memorable and efficient and if anything I would like OYO to Do is to give these guys (Mr. Kamal and Miss Kavita Tripathi) some form of appreciation in terms of anything. Atleast this will keep them motivated to do better everyday and keep the service level high of entire OYO.

Read moreThis was my last visit at this poor property, reception staff doesn't know how to talk or how to treat their guest... I asked my complementary breakfast they said ok I am sending soon to your room , after 30 minutes again I ask complementary breakfast then they simply said now time is over and kitchen staff is preparing food for lunch..lifts were not working too... after showing the original ID card proof to the staff , the employee on reception ask their guest the address of the guest even after holding original ID card , they are verifying the details of the guest like DOB ,address ,pincode,etc. I ordered food from their menu card i.e noodles and Onion dosa, on both days they simply said sorry sir we don't have dosa and noodles, then I ordered my food from outside then the staff said sir outside food is not allowed.. Read moreFirst of all, this is the problem with all hotels tied up with OYO that they deny you check in and the same happened here as well. Although we were given a room after 4-5 hours of long wait by the hotel manager/receptionist Ram. At first he was a bit rude and adamant but later very polite. Talking about the hotel, it is at great location. The property is built well with parking space at the backside of the building. Rooms were clean and hotel has well lit hallways and rooms’ ambience feels very welcoming. Staff is helpful and quick.
