DANBRO by Mr Brown — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I have been a regular customer at Danbro Mr Brown Lohia Path for the past three years, but my recent experience was disappointing. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have pizza, which was surprising considering it has always been a staple on their menu. When I asked the staff when I could expect it to be available, the response I received from the food counter guy was rude and unhelpful, simply stating that it was not available without providing any further information or assistance.

As an alternative, I ordered the veg bruschetta, which I paid for upfront. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed that it was not available. This lack of communication and inefficiency was frustrating, as I had already paid for something that I did not receive. The staff then offered me to order something else from the available options, and my wife ended up ordering the paneer spiral roll.

Unfortunately, the paneer spiral roll did not meet our expectations in terms of taste. It was not up to the usual standard we had experienced in the past. Even the café latte, which we usually enjoy, tasted different and not up to par.

Overall, our experience at Danbro Mr Brown Lohia Path was disappointing. The lack of pizza availability, rude response from the food counter staff, unavailability of the ordered dish, poor taste of the food, and subpar café latte left us irritated and...

Today on 10th sept 2025 at 2005LT we ordered strawberry shake ,Paneer tikka croissant, Alfredo pasta etc At 2040LT . That is after about 40 mins and upon asking the status following comments were made by your staff ( Person who took the order) , Note by then nothing was served -

Croissant finished and we cant serve we have a lot of zomato order . cant tell after how much time rest of the items will be served. Asking about the manager , person was found least concerned.

Upon discussing with manager things were looking more of a stupid conversation.overall all of them were least bothered.

Additionally - As we could observe house was full of customers . However ,service and management was extremely poor show.

Advise to owners - Kindly value yr customers else lot of options are available in the market.

Advise to others - If u you are visiting this place do apply time correction of atleast 1 hour.for ex Order time - 1900 LT Order rcvd - 2000 LT If god is kind to you and you are lucky enough order will arrive someday.

Randomly stopped by DanBro a new venture by Mr Brown and got to meet Mr Gopal. The place has an awesome vibe to it. Quite refreshing and out of the ordinary. Tried Veg Cheese burger, Aloo patty & butter croissant. The veg cheese burger turned to be much much better than what we expected. The quality and taste exceeded any other burger so far available in Lucknow. Other places will need to step up their game now. Because at this price point, it easily overtook McDonald’s for us. Aloo patty was also every economical and great in taste. One thing about their offering was the entire patty was stuffed with potatoes and not just a small area near the fold as in many other places. Croissant was also very light, puffy and well baked. Would have tasted much better if I would have tasted it just out of the oven. Also, just so everyone reading this know DanBro is a premium offering by @mrbrownbakery they bake all of the products several time a day at the location. And frankly everything tasted fresh.
