Capital O Hotel Rudraksh — Hotel in Uttarakhand

I have never seen such a poor service of any hotel. I am writing this because this hotel is providing worse service than any guest house. When I checked in staff were very unprofessional. They took the payment while check in. After that did not bother about any seriveand requirements of us. I asked for soap and towl they simply/rudely/unprfessionally said towl you will get in morning. In morning I said that hot water is not there in my room receptionist(healthy person) said I also take bath with cold water. no breakfast lunch or dinner facility. Forget about dinner lunnch bfast they even did not provide cutlary for that also I had to visit 10 times personaly in their kitchen. So personally I would not prefer anybody to book in this hotel beacuse they are providing horrible service receptionist does not know even H of hospitality he talked like chapri even an autoriding person show more professionalism...

We reached after two hours from chek-in time and receptionist stated that you have to wait some more time because he has no room available so due to his act and conduct we did wait half hour with my wife and daughter. The behavior was no good of the receptionist towards us....therefore service and hospitality is not good by their side.... Request to OYO...

This hotel is ok. There is no dedicated parking place available here. They used to ask you park in front of the hotel in an open space. Rooms are ok. You need to ask for the amenities like towels and soaps to the hotel reception....
