Cascade Resorts and Hotels — Hotel in Uttarakhand

This is a relatively newer facility. Location is excellent, parking available, good hospitality esp the one who did cottage service Sandeep and the lady at the reception. The most important thing to mention about them is that this is a pet friendly place and they helped me to make my cat at good comfort. They are cute dogs at this place which are very friendly. I have few suggestions though- provide electric kettle to rooms, improvise the food menu and taste and lastly mention in your website clearly there are cottage room and hotel rooms, prices are different. However my stay was pleasant and I would love to come back again....

Worst experience. We have booked it in November month itself for 8 people. And checked for one more extra bed in December. By that time they asked us to pay to their personal bank account. Where as it is mentioned to book now and pay later in agoda, booking.com website. Attached relevant screenshot of their chat and pay later option...
