FabHotel AGK - Hotel in Motichur, Haridwar — Hotel in Uttarakhand

My experience with this hotel was really bad*. There is total miscommunication within the hotel staff itself. We already requested for early check-in and late check out before booking with the hotel. They assured us that this will be taken care of without any extra charges. Even during the time of check-in when we arrived at the hotel we again reminded them of early check in and late check out and the staff at the reception counter did not mention anything about any extra charges. But while check-out 2 other persons from hotel staff created a big issue and forced us to pay an extra amount for late check out. We had a train to catch and we were getting late for it but the hotel staff did not provide any kind of support. They were also calling the police and stopping the auto-ricksha which had our luggage in it. They were very adamant and did not accept their mistakes at all. They were asking 1000 rs extra but we left paying Rs 200 to them since we had our train. The staff is really bad# and they don't know how to treat customers. Please do not...

FRAUD ALERT!!

Hotel AGK refused my booking made via FabHotels on 11 May 2024. They flat out denied that the booking even existed. A guy with the last name "Jha" suggested me to call FabHotel customer support to "sort it out". Thankfully, FabHotels customer support responded quickly and they arranged an alternative hotel nearby for me at the same price for the same duration. However, I would advise all travellers to stay away from Hotel AGK.

Beware!! This hotel is a complete fraud! Avoid falling for their scam. We initially negotiated for two rooms at 2400 rupees, but they ultimately provided two rooms for 1600 rupees. In the morning, we entrusted the keys to the housekeeping for room cleaning while we went to Har ki Pauri. Upon our return, they claimed we hadn't provided keys and demanded 400 rupees for a new lock. The receptionist behaved rudely, even mistreating other guests.
