Himalayan Abode Joshimath !! Home Stay !! — Hotel in Uttarakhand

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel located on the outskirts of Joshimath, near the beautiful destinations of Auli and Badrinath. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, making it an ideal choice for nature enthusiasts.

The rooms were beautifully designed, providing a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere. It was a pleasure to unwind in such a serene space after exploring the nearby attractions.

One aspect to note is that finding the hotel can be a bit confusing, especially if you take the Auli road. Do call in when you are nearby Joshimath they will guide you to your destination.

The dining area of the hotel was exceptional, offering a wide range of delectable dishes. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured a pleasant dining experience throughout my stay.

The staff members were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm and welcoming attitude enhanced the overall experience, creating a sense of comfort and hospitality.

However, it's important to mention that the hotel might experience limited to no staff availability during late hours. This could be a minor inconvenience for guests seeking assistance during the night, but it did not significantly impact my stay.

For those looking for a peaceful retreat near Auli and Badrinath, this hotel is an excellent choice. Despite the slight challenge in finding the location, the captivating views, beautiful rooms, and friendly staff make it worth the visit.

Fabulous yet homely about describes Himalayan abode. Pretty rooms, colorful decor and warm friendly staff make staying here a memorable experience. But the best part of this place are the views from balconies of rooms and the terrace. Stunning views of mountain and misty valley. The food is good. The dining hall is located on the terrace so beautiful views can be enjoyed over breakfast and meals. The terrace has a lovely landscaping and potted garden so sitting here with some coffee and snack and watching sunset is quite an experience. A little away from Joshi math town, actually located in Marwari village, if you have a cab or car on hand, then this is the place to stay.If you are a nature lover and are looking for a quaint quiet place away from crowds, then I would absolutely recommend...

What a lovely place with a picturesque view from the home stay. We were on our trip through Uttarakhand in the end of December 2022 and our stay at Joshimath was the longest. We had our best times for 3 days here.

It has the most amazing veiw with a lovely staff. The owner Mr. Ajay is also a very humble person and a great human. We would love to visit again.

The food here is a little expensive than the usual.

Also if you have a lady mediator while you book the place, please be careful of the amount you’re paying. Recheck the rates on all the online booking platforms.

To get a taxi/cab around this Homestay is a little difficult. Better to have your own vehicle 😊
