Hotel Chandra Grand — Hotel in Uttarakhand

Honestly speaking... They r really very nice... Cleanliness, management, services, everything is really great... Abt location I would say, it's quite inside the city area, and u might find it difficult to fing something to eat...i stayed here fir 2 days, the staff is really cooperative, friendly, understanding and helpful. I got bit a bee, they immediately helped me out... I was unable to pay at the time of check in due to some glitch in my paytm, so they were really understanding... Due to done reasons, I left the room 2 hrs later than the check out time... So they did let me stay... I booked it for 4 days, but unfortunately had to leave early... Tbvh, keeping in mind all these things, I feel the per night cost is perfect ✨... I would highly recommend u to think abt this hotel for once... You would love to stay here... Didn't wanna leave but, my plans got changed n now, I won't b staying in...

It can be called a lodge and not hotel. The location is not so good. The roads approaching the hotel are in bad shape. The hotel has steep stairs, tv doesn't work (atleast when we stayed). Staff is polite and good. Cleanliness needs improvement. The breakfast was just ok. And yes, they lock the entrance in the night and one doesn't know how to get it opened in the morning if one wishes to go for a walk at 6 am. The morning tea is not available, even on additional payment. It's provided only with breakfast. Overall budget friendly but avoidable if staying for more than a day. Avoid if travelling...

I booked hotel Chandra for 3 days for my wedding function 10/10 everthing is perfect nice decor 😍 room rate is so affordable neat and clean room . Food is so yummy 😋 did not expect , service is excellent all the staff is well trained knows guest satisfaction very well ower itself very polite in nature keep on checking each and everything . Wtever we are asking he is providing everything. Good job Team for wonderful and unforgettable...
