The good part: finally. Chai sutta bar near us - yay!

The bad and the ugly: parking space is limited .. could not park our car outside and nearby.. had to walk a good distance before we could be seated ( wouldn't hurt if you are going to gobble up some calories anyways) Music was too loud for our taste - I personally like to have my tea in peace .. over discussions. We could barely talk to each other :( We ordered ginger tea 🍵, french fries, vegetable Maggi, bun butter -- tea is good, french fries - average, vegetable Maggi - bad, bun butter - ok.

Overall the taste is average but then the place just opened - hopefully they will pickup on the service as well as taste from the feedback. Will visit again soon...
