Shouldn't visit this place. They don't even arrange brkfast properly and even told me that they r out of milk n coffee when it was the 5 AM in morning during peak tourism season. I spent whole night in traffic which was just 20km away from hotel and when we requested for a bike or scooty arrangement to pickus up as it was night they denied. We were girls stuck whole night in traffic in an unknown place with unknown males in a vehicle - Bolero. They didn't even helped us out and when we reached Sitapur finally in morning at 5 Am then they came to pick us up . We hiked again for almost 1-2 kms where we got a ride - Thar to hotel. They cost us 1500 for 3 km - distance to hostel from chowk of Triyuginarayni temple . They cost us 3500 for the night when we were stuck in traffic. Food services i already confirmed above so it's better not to stay at the place. These PPL are just bunch of thugs who will cost you money and won't even help you as a human. Would advise not to do business with them. We were charged 3500 for an hour and two parathas and 1500 for 3 km as they drove us uphill in Thar and we didn't ask for a Thar. We just wanted a ride to hotel as promised and we didn't slept for past whole 2nights. If you want more story ..i can literally update things word by word after this . So don't you say we weren't there. Uploaded pictures for proof, what i took that morning from outside my allocated room. but u r worst. detestable people with horrible lies. they are taking advantage of people's vulnerability and of sacred place by monetizing at such a higher rate with no intent of providing...
Read morePossibly the worst service we have ever got. This place has no electricity - they turn on the generator at 7PM when it gets dark and turns it off at 9:30 pm Water heater which is the most important thing in hilly areas doesn't work with power back up Owner doesn't stay in the place we had to call him to request him to turn on the generator so that we could charge our phones They promised to give us hot water in the morning for shower but none of the week service people woke up at 5 in the morning. We had to trek to Kedarnath shrine the same day Extra mattress and pullover that was given was stinky and looked creepy Bad odour is omitted from toilet
It was one of the worst places to pay 3500 and get a place without electricity , water heater, stinky pullover. One of the guys in the hotel suggested us to even take shower in hot springs in gauri kund. That is their attitude towards guest. I booked this place going by the google reviews but I have no idea how these people got 4.9 /5. Probably these...
Read moreWe stayed at Kedarnath Hill Resort, Sonprayag for a night on our way to Triyuginarayan. The property has a good rating of 4.7, but I would personally rate it 4 stars, mainly because the hotel really needs an elevator—the approach is quite hilly, which may be difficult for some guests. That said, the service is good, and the food is tasty and freshly prepared according to your request. The location is picturesque, with the bright September sun shining directly into our room from 6:00 AM, making the morning very refreshing. After trekking to Kedarnath in the rain, the sunshine was a blessing—we could even dry our clothes easily. We stayed in Room No. 20, which was comfortable and offered a beautiful view. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to relax after the...
