Our room was spacious, meticulously clean, and thoughtfully furnished, providing a cozy sanctuary after days spent exploring Lansdowne. The amenities were well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.

The staff at Hotel Cloud were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and eager to assist, always with a warm smile. Their local insights and recommendations for places to visit and things to do in and around Lansdowne were particularly helpful, making our sightseeing effortless.

The hotel's location is ideal, slightly away from the main bustling areas, which ensures peace and quiet, yet still conveniently close to popular spots like Tip-n-Top, St. Mary's Church, and Bhulla Lake. It provided the perfect base for both leisurely strolls and more adventurous explorations.

⭐ 1 Star Review Extremely disappointing experience at Q Nest Cloud End, Lansdowne.

We had booked 4 rooms — 2 with balcony view and 2 without balcony view (superior deluxe) — but during check-in, we got only 2 balcony rooms, and the other 2 were completely different (1 standard and 1 deluxe) from what we had booked.

The washrooms were not clean at the time of check-in. Wi-Fi was not working, and when we asked, the staff simply said the router is on the 4th floor and doesn’t have enough range, which means no Wi-Fi for rooms on other floors.

Even basic amenities like towels were missing, and we had to ask multiple times before getting them. In the morning, we found that the geyser in one room was not working, and when we informed the staff, they casually said the electrician hasn’t come yet, without offering any solution.

They only compensated by giving complimentary breakfast for 2 rooms, but we had already booked directly at a higher rate over phone expecting better rooms and service, whereas the same rooms were available for less on Agoda and other booking sites.

For a new property, such poor service, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional attitude are unacceptable.

Overall, a very bad experience — definitely not worth the money and would not recommend staying here.

I have checked in here on 21st june 2025 and checked out at 23 june 2025 with 3 others our room number was 001

First of all when we had they told us to add a proper bed in the living room but after some time they came told us that bed is not able get in so we are putting up only matress

Then on 21 only the food was so bad their was so much salt was their in that

Then in night we had one masala peanut but they bought bill of 2 masala peanut and i was saying the kitchen head to check it once but he denied on the very next morning i asked the receptionist who had taken our order she has also accepted that it was only one but kitchen head denied it out and taken full payment

At the time of check out we were just loking out all our stuff out their and the tv panel broked and felt down and they say the property is made now only so my point is it secure? Such a bad quality of furniture you have that it felt down also when we complained about it no senior came to us only one receptionist came
