To begin with, this is the worst Regenta hotel I have ever been to. The crew is undertrained and lacks the values of a trained four-star hotel staff, which is why the hotel requires so much work. Throughout my stay, I encountered a number of issues, like the three times my key card stopped working and the frightening situation where an unknown smoke began to emerge from the hotel's cabinets while I was waiting outside. I had to wait outside my room for over fifteen minutes each time. At a hotel like this, you would think it would have all the latest conveniences, but even after telling the staff, they did nothing to fix the issue of no running hot water. I had requested a cleaning on the second day of my stay, so when I returned, even though I had asked the receptionist to confirm that the room had been cleaned, it was still messy. In addition, the staff hurried our checkout after I informed them that I would need a late checkout because my flight was scheduled for a specific time, which caused us to leave many things in the room.
