Fake Property ! Fake Promotion ! Fake Pictures !
2lacs went down the drain that too for poor and pathetic services!!
Talking about the property, rooms, services available, pictures that you get to see of this property on stayvista and google, all are fake. We had booked with property for our office colleagues for 4-6 october and paid 1.5 lac to book the whole property and in return we received pathetic services from the property. Property is poorly maintained and stayvista is promoting this property by showing that section of the property which isn't accessible to you because it belongs to the owner and you are not allowed to go in that section. Worst part being, that section is the only good thing about this property and stayvista has put up pictures of that section to allure and fool the customers. Apart from normal rooms , we had to pay 30k for lunch part as they have fixed the prices per person to be 1400 . For breakfast, they had no other option than Poha. I mean , we are paying such huge amount for the services and they have nothing to offer in return. We even had to pay INR 3000 for our bonfire which was too costly. We are a frequent traveler to the mountains and have never seen fixed price scene anywhere.
Worst part being when we reached there, there was noone whom we could complaint about this thing . Tv in living room was not working and we got the responseSab apne kamre mein jakar chala lo I mean we are there to enjoy with our colleagues. What's the point of doing group trip in such a disgusting property where no wifi was working.
This property and services by stayvista ( on this property) deserves a negative rating. Their " WE DON'T CARE" kinda attitude is looting many people like us. So kindly stay cautious while booking...

This property is riddled with problems and is not recommended at all. Here are a few key issues:
No Hot Water: The geysers are extremely small and can provide, at most, one bucket of hot water. Additionally, due to persistent low voltage, all electric appliances, including heaters and geysers, were ineffective.
Inconsistent Generator Usage: There is only one generator, which is turned on solely when guests request it for bathing. At night, there’s no one available to operate it, and frequent power cuts result in no electricity or heating in the rooms.
Poor Staff Attitude: The staff was largely indifferent. Rugs were unclean, and during a four-day stay, no room cleaning was carried out.
Limited Dining Options: Dinner is served only until 10:30 PM, and even that requires a special request.
Lack of Luxury: The property lacks any semblance of luxury. The rooms are isolated and far from offering a comfortable stay.

This place is not at all worth the price. While booking the property via stayvista they have posted full villa pictures bt in actual the property that u will see... Thats not where u can stay.. Its only For the OWNER.. Apko dur dur cottages bana rakhi hai.. Usme rooms de dete h... We paid good 1.3 lac for the stay.. Food was so average.. Kuch bhi bolo.. Kya bana sakte toh ye POHA se upar breakfast me kuxh ni dete..

Kisi b room sw view ni hai... Infact property me kahi se apko view ni milega.. Apko mrng view k liye property k bahar jana padta.. Evening k liye b jo side apko dikhni chahiye wo ni dikhti hai.
The cost they r charging for what they offer is pure cheating n not upto the level at all.
