I recently stayed at Park Royal Crest Hotel and, unfortunately, what could have been a pleasant stay turned into a disappointing experience due to the poor management and careless attitude of the staff.

Prices not matching with standard of food. ||We asked for blankets , they are only available in winters. Small rooms. Staff though is helpful but as I said no facilities are there but if you feel this works for you that Ok then||||So My honest feedback is come here once all other options are...

Difficult to find, when we call the owner he didn’t answer 3-4 times, it is certainly not a resort. Washroom flush didn’t work, we were refused to be served food in the room stating it’s against policy, we were refused to sit in the garden and eat again quoting against policy. We had a 2 day stay but checked out on the first day itself. Ac didn’t work when there is a power cut. Very poor in term of...
