Treebo Tropical Roots, Bhupatwala Haridwar — Hotel in Uttarakhand

I STAYED FOR 2 NIGHTS IN THIS HOTEL. VERY GOOD DÉCOR IN RECEPTION AREA AND IN ROOMS TOO. RECEPTION MAAM IS GOOD IN NATURE AND OTHER HOTEL STAFF IS NEW IN THIS HOTEL , THEY R NOT SO TRAINED BUT THEY TALK WITH POLITENESS AND LISTEN TO OURS IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEM. KITCHEN IS SMALL THERE IS ONLY 1 CHEFF AND 2 WAITERS ONLY TO SERVE U IN THE RESTAURANT AREA. 1 THING I LIKE IS THAT THE CHEFF IS GOOD IN MAKING DISHES WHAT EVER I ORDERED THEY SERVED ME FRESH AND THE TASTE OF FOOD IS GOOD AND DELICIOUS. IN BREAKFAST AND IN MENU ALSO THEY HAVE LIMITED OPTIONS NOT MUCH MORE . ROOM SERVICE IS GOOD. AMBIENCE LIGHTING IS GOOD AT NIGHT. HOSPITALITY IS NOT SO MUCH GOOD AS I THINK THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL IS NEW IN THIS BUSINESS. I SUGGESTED THE MANAGER TO IMPROVE IN THAT. THEY NEED A GOOD STAFF FOR THEIR HOSPITALITY. NO PARKING IN HOTEL , CAR PARKED IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. EASY TO CATCH THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT FOR SIGHT SIENG IF U WANT , AS THE HIGHWAY IS VERY NEAR FROM THE HOTEL . LOCATION IS GOOD FOR APPROACH. I THINK IF U GET THIS HOTEL AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE THEN IT A GOOD CHOICE , NOT TO MUCH PRICE FOR THIS HOTEL . BY THIS REVIEW I AGAIN SUGGEST TO THE HOTEL AUTHORITY TO IMPROVE THEIR HOSPITIALITY PART IN WHICH THEY ARE WEEK . I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT AGAIN...

Travelled here during charm dham Yatra with my parents on 06th May 2022. Check in experience ok ok, No proper parking in the premises just road side in front of the property, if ask to park the vehicle in the premises then the statement comes that owner will only park inside and atleast 3 cars can be parked in at one time. Dinner was ok and can be improved more as per me. Buffet breakfast was a disaster. All Fruits were cut and all mixed with each other and first time in my all trips to various places I saw banana too cut in pieces. So nobody had fruits. Morning tea was ordered around 0700hrs and they accepted it too but after 1hr I went up to the kitchen to ask if tea was ready but they surprised me by saying that morning tea will not be given arrogantly and will only be given during breakfast. Rooms were ok, electric kettle was stinking and lift was not working NXT day since morning so during check out my parents had to face problems and nobody was there to attend. Sorry guys I ll not repeat my mistake by booking ur hotel again and right now while writing this review I observed online your hotel in bhimtal too but u know I ll not repeat my mistake by booking...

Worst employees I have ever encountered in my life, that too of this priced hotel, illiterate, no manners, does not know how to talk. Atleast they can teach the receptionist how to welcome a guest and how to talk to a guest when he/she calls the reception for some help that too when you are demanding so high prices, and giving third class service, secondly they say super clean bedsheets when we entered the room, the bedsheet was already covered with some hair of older guest or idk who. I would say not to choose this hotel if you don’t want to be disrespected even when you are paying this much to be a guest. And suggestion for Treebo Tropical Roots : Please teach your employees to respectfully treat all guests and address them with respect. I don’t think they are well trained or even trained and they are not fit to be working in your hotel from last 4 days I have been a guest for treebo in many different cities, this is the first time I’ve met someone who works here but does not know...
