Sheetal Samudra Mini Goa Resort — Hotel in Vasai-Virar

Who ever is planning to visit this place please read the review and then decide to go or not to go. All pics uploaded by management were old. I guess that was all when they inaugurated the resort.

Only one star for the chef who prepared dinner buffet food. It was tasty. And the location which is just a step away from sea face.

But in lunch buffet was not good as dinner one. Buffet area was also rusty, stained flooring and not tables also not cleaned.

Rest all is not as we wished.

We selected the resort after checking photos, and was too for kids play area, but it is also not maintained. slides were oily and sticky.

Cleanliness of room is not up to the mark. Toilet bathroom were stained and smelly.

We had called the person 5 to 6 times, who looks after houskeeping, was ignoring. And twice he refused to clean saying there is no mop and etc.

Two out three bed were covered with torn bedsheets.

Swiming pool was also not cleaned. Dj music also was not there till 1'o clock. As there was written dj timing 11 to 1 and 3 to 5.

Management please dont fool the people with old images. You dont compromise in money packages, and whatever it is, then services you gives that needs to be up to the mark. Please work on it. Hire the staff who will take well care of servicess and all. Treat guest as like god.

Worthless service for our hardwork earned money. Totally waste of money. Pathetic service.

A decent resort with a view of the beach and easy accessibility. The room is basic and I only stayed a day, but it was reasonably clean and had hot water. Most importantly, there are many shady hotels and "farm houses" nearby aimed at sleazy clients. So in that kind of environment, this place is a pleasant surprise. I think the owners know that too because Sheetal Samudra is significantly more expensive than the other places, and the owner doesn't really put in any effort towards getting clients. It was disappointing to see that the owners don't care for clients or people looking for a room. When I tried to book a room, there wasn't anyone at the reception first and later while I got to speak to the owner, she was on her phone and chatting with other staff instead of helping me book a room!!! Getting that response and having to pay a higher price made me want to look for a different place, but there were no decent places nearby. So my opinion is - If you're already in the area and looking for a place to stay, you're probably stuck with this place as the only decent option. But if you're trying to decide where along the beach you wanna hang out, you might want to skip this stretch as the accommodation...

It was horrible experience we had booked for 2 night dormitory room. when we reach at the place no cleanse was there in rooms & it was stinking a lot , passage light not working, wash room flush was not working. ( we use almost conman wash room for self service) , After all fight the Dada ( owner) come for all adjustment . he refuse to listen to client issue, only we have listen to him because he is king ( Dada). Service was real pain - 3/4 people working DAY & NIGHT not proper management. Food Quality was OK OK not so excellent , repeat Course in morning & night - if u ask why is the same Menu - so king ( dada) will explain every thing & shut your mount on time to time base. No trust on client while leaving the space - King ( dada) think all client come for chadar palitti. If Mosquito bits you King ( DADA) will ans. it we go in hours time ( Mosquito on blood sucking Duty). No provision mosquito kills. Towel / Sope / Tooth paste - its 9th wonder on MINI GOA earth. Swimming pool was very unhygienic - con't think to be in the water.

My advise please don't go this place its not meant for HUMANS.
