I had a terrible experience at Hotel O Ajanta, Asansol, booked via OYO. I had informed OYO beforehand that I was traveling with a patient and needed early check-in at 10 AM, which was confirmed by their team. But when I reached, the hotel staff rudely denied check-in, refused even to let me wait in the reception area, and told me to leave the premises.
I had to wait outside on the road for an hour with a patient, in an unknown city, feeling completely helpless. Only after repeated requests did they allow us in, even though the rooms were empty.
The room itself was in horrible condition—dirty bedsheets, bad-smelling blankets, hair everywhere, and no room service for the entire stay. The staff was rude and unprofessional.

They thereby denied that they dont book through oyo and they already had booking for marriage and also advised us not to waste our time. Their language was also very bad. We landed us with no rooms for such a crucial day. Later on we visited sudhaamrit restaurant hotel and they provided us rooms.
