Hotel Reliance — Hotel in West Bengal

MUST VISIT. Hotel Reliance is a semi-budget hotel, located near the Bhiringi More. This is an absolutely good hotel from my personal choices (can be rated 3Star) in Durgapur for a small stay, or weekend holidays. The rooms, & bathrooms are clean, cosy, & comfortable with the hotel staffs, honestly good behaved & caring. The foods are just amazing at a very low, & reasonable price. Intercom is quickly responsive for 24/7, & your ordered dishes riches your doorstep within 10 minutes. My one night stay charged me Rs 1680 approx. (GST included) for an AC DELUXE Room, & I believe at this price you will really be pleased with the whole of it.

Suggestions : Pros : Hotel accommodations, foods, catering services, security, quick responses, location ( if compromised with the City Center area ). Had an interview very early morning in a college at durgapur and wanted to stay at a budget hotel the night before that. So went to this place. Not lavish but very well maintained place. The behavior of the staffs is worth mentioning. They made the stay very comfortable with providing all the needs I had and arranged for a transport to go to the venue the next morning. My luggage stayed back in the hotel cloakroom during the day. The room I stayed was a non ac deluxe room at second floor. It was well furnished, clean but the bathroom didn't have any geyser. But hot water was available in 10mins after I demanded. The view from my room was the main road and I liked it. There is a balcony which I loved the most. The environment was homely. I stayed in the month of july for 12 days. I had booked 2 double sharing Ac room and pay almost 27 thousand rupees. But next time when I booked room on call , the staff welcomed me. I was with my old age parent. The hotel,a front desk staff refused to give room, because my father seems weak. Very inhuman and rude behaviour did by 2 front desk staff. Is hotel have any government circular or order to not give room to elderly people? How can hotel non trained staff guess that a 30 years lady is not the corona carrier.
