Wow! Momo — Restaurant in West Bengal

Got popular through zomato and swiggy because of their combo deals worth ₹199 ,(8 momos 2 moburg and 2 pepsi) . The quantity and taste were also good . This offer lead me to there physical store hoping to get same satisfaction that i received online. But i was disappointed they had different menu there , expensive and the quantity was also very less , For around 300rs i just got 4momos , 1 moburg , and pepsi .

Left unsatisfied but recently i visited their physical store again after seeing their winter offer of combo worth 199 the same combo they were giving online , so went inside .they have changed the menu a bit by adding there cheap combos that most people can afford so that's good. I got myself 8 fried veg momos with Schezwan chutney, 2 moburg ( 1 moburg contains 2 momos) , 1 500ml pepsi. This time i liked the food , for the price i paid .

In store feel and vibe is good Wide variety of stuff to choose from. Friendly behaviour .

The only problem i faced is that there's no facility for washing your hands inside the store . But they do offer handsanitizer and tissue so no big deal.

Overall it's a good place to go if the offers are...

This is the worst place to dine in or to take a delivery from literally the worst and this has not been i.proved even a bit today only a few mins earlier I had ordered two veg moburgs and two veg momos out of which the momos felt like packaged ones that came be bought in stores and supermarkets and the burger was literally burnt the bun was burnt even the fried momo inside it was burnt. This is an absolute horrible place to eat. I would tell everyone to not try them they are just selling us fake products in the name of authenticity.I won't give them a single star that is how bad they are and honestly they should just shut down because this is not the first time this has happend numerous timed and I am pretty sure I ain't the only one there are many others as well. Just shut down that's it. I am desperate and forces to give a single star otherwise I can't even...

Friday. September 20, 2024. Saw an advertisement of buy 1 get 1free for Darjeeling Momo on Fridays. Ordered a green 🍏 apple mojito, large chicken Hakka noodles 🍜 , chilli 🍗 chicken, & Darjeeling momo. When we asked for the free Darjeeling momo (as per their advertisement), we were denied, twice. First excuse, the offer is applicable on steamed Darjeeling momo, not pan fried. But when we pointed out that no such specifications were made in the advertisement, they simply refused. Second excuse, they said they have no momos left, while they took the same momo order from other customers that came after us. Also, the chilli chicken tasted stale, dry, hard. They tried to cover the staleness by overpowering it with the sauce. Absolute garbage. And I don’t even want to bother with the quantity. Prolly chopped up a single piece...
