There is nothing quite like traveling, like seeing a new place for the first time or returning to a favorite one. Now a days we spend most of the times in corporate sectors, office and meeting. Life is too short and beautiful but we all engaged ourselves in an artificial consumer based society which is completely disconnected from the true nature. Therefore whenever there is a chance to break the barrier we must go out and travel to new places and spend more time with nature. One of the significant benefits of traveling is finding and keeping inner balance. Let's start with the location. It is situated just beside the famous jogighat bridge. The ambience is perfect. You can get the exact feel of hilly area having perfect temperature. Now comes the service. The staffs are very helpful and great. They also arranged bonfire for us under the bridge beside the river "Riyang" . It was a very pleasant and wonderful experience for us. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained and clean. Lastly while leaving they honoured us with a sash on which the name Lofl the homestay is written. It was a very emotional moment. The owner Dipesh and his wife are too polite and helpful. Hence we recommend each and everyone who are visiting Sittong to stay here.

Sittong is a nice, cozy location. And in my opinion Mukhia Homestay is located in the best possible location in Sitong. It's calm and quite, the only sound you can hear is of the River Riyang flowing by it's side. The Jogighat Bridge over the river Riyang is the main attraction. And there is the Lapcha Falls (Warning: you need to climb to it). They even arrange dining on the river banks for some extra bucks. The owner Dipesh Mukhia and his wife Arpana are very friendly. Food is satisfactory, toilets are clean ... if you aren't expecting 5 Star facilities, you will be happy. Pro tips: Ask Rahul to take you for a walk around (orange gardens ... anybody?) and Chugen for a recipe you...
